The location is very good. And the room is what you pay for. The bad thing is that in our case, the shower was broken and there were some ants that came out of the hole. Also the elevator was broken. But we slept well and there are cool restaurants and places nearby.

Hotel located in a very convenient strategic area. The property is not well maintained and is in need of a refurbishment. Cleaning is brief, but the linen is clean and changed daily. A lot of helpfulness and kindness of the staff.

Hotel sucio y viejo, sin calefacció, paredes sucias, baño sucio y el colchón mejor no mirar, obras desde las 7 de la mañana y los obreros por los andamios en tu ventana,. La zona bien comunicado pero hay muchos hoteles para coger este, un bajón al llegar que no se te pasa en todo el viaje.

The winning part of this hotel has to be the location. Very easy to get to other parts of Paris with the Pigalle metro station a 5 min walk away and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also a local supermarket. We were on the sixth floor and we told that the lift wasn't working on our arrival but would be in action the next day, it didn't work for the duration of our 4 day stay. The safe is our room also didn't work. The bedding was clean and we got fresh towels every day. The decor is in major need of an upgrade, with peeling paint and marked/chipped walls in the room. Also bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as there was noise late each night from a local bar. The man who hosted reception every day was pleasant and helpful, free coffee available in the reception area. We were also able to leave our bags after checking out on our final day for no charge.

You get a pretty good bang for your buck at this budget hotel, especially considering you get breakfast. I ended up choosing this place so we could easily and comfortably walk to and from Moulin Rouge; what a great decision.

За свою цену это отличный отель! Брали на пару дней через островок и потом продляли на месте, еще на двое суток, так как нас все устраивало, и цена отеля при оплате на месте была дешевле в полтора раза чем через агрегатора. Прекрасное расположение рядом с метро Пегаль. Рядом Монматр и Мулен Руж. В номере есть все необходимое, хороший вид из окна. За 7 евро был завтрак с кофе, круасанами, соком и всякими вкусняшками. На ресепшене был мужчина Жульен. Он всегда на месте, всегда помогал, неважно нужен ли вам штопор, ещё одно полотенце или рекомендация где можно пообедать. Помоему он никогда не спит. Очень приятный и дружелюбный джентльмен. Там же работает чернокожая мадам. Мы называли её Мама-Чоле из сериала. Очень добродушная тётушка, всегда улыбалась и спрашивала все ли у нас хорошо. Вообщем отель и персонал оставил очень приятное впечатление. Конечно можно найти недостатки в нем и найти более комфортабельные номера в других отелях. Но за такую цену наверно врядли:) Вообщем рекомендую!
