This apartment-type hotel basically does not have the services of a regular hotel. The room needs to be cleaned by yourself, including throwing away the trash yourself. If you run out of roll paper, you need to go to the front desk to get it from the waiter.

The location is very good, in reuilly-diderot with two metro lines, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. You can't ask for more for the price.

The location is so good. It's in the middle of Line 8 and Line 1, so it's easy to use the station, and there's an elevator, so it's nice that there's no difficulty in moving luggage! Air conditioning in the summer seems to be the best advantage.

It is not so far from the station, and there are two lines, which is convenient. The front automatic door is closed, so you can press the intercom before check-in and use the PIN to open it after check-in, so you can rest assured of safety.
The room was spacious with a living room and bedroom. There are kitchen utensils, so it was good to eat what I bought.
It was difficult to use the bath because it was slippery and the outlet was on the top.

My Name is Nadezhda. I was staying in your hotel from 5/02/2024 till 10/02/2024. To say I'm disappointed is to say nothing. 1) I was charged a 100 EUR deposit, and I saw another people on the reception who was not and who was staying also for 5 nights. It is a discrimination because I'm from Russia I suppose. Other way I can't explain this. Moreover NO INFORMATION ABOUT DEPOSIT WAS DURING BOOKING. 2) The deposit WAS NOT REFUNDED! despite of the refund ticket send by hotel... I called to my bank and they said that money, that was frozen before is now debited from the account! It was the last time I visited your hotels as well as my family. I'm totally disappointed with such a bad practice in such a famous hotel chain. Now I have only one question. Where is my money?!

PLEASE NOTE: I was debited from my credit card 3 times for the total amount of my stay. It took them 3 months to reimburse me for the overpayment, after numerous telephone reminders! The accounting department is not serious at all, and the reception on site does not match good management. To flee !
