We went for a cocktail business meeting. It turned quite fruitful. The service was immaculate. The waitresses very presentable. The hotel is gorgeous in its interior design. I had the Mai Tai cocktail and i must say, as a very particular customer, that it was one of the best i ever had. Keep up the good work.

Hotel Costes is an In Place in Paris at an excellent location in rue castiglione close to place vendôme Trendy interiors and small cosy rooms Let’s say very small rooms! Reception was confused and not really professional. Three to five young ladies in miniskirts or tight dresses are standing around as lobby decoration but don’t attribute to lift up the service level. The service especially in the restaurant was not professional, arrogant and unfriendly. An absurd contradiction to the the outrageously expensive prices. The food was ok but not excellent. In relation to the hilarious prices it was actually quite poor. Pool was closed and noisy construction work was in progress .During the night you could hear the music from the basement. At the check out nobody asked about the quality of the stay or customer satisfaction. Not a word about hoping to welcome the guests again. Not even one friendly or charming comment. Only arrogant and annoyed attitude. Altogether a frustrating experience . I would recommend to hire a management with professional skills maybe from ecole. d‘hôtellerie in Lausanne .

We write to express our profound disappoin**ent with our recent stay at this hotel. We are long-time, loyal guests who have always enjoyed your establishment's amenities and service. However, our most recent visit left us feeling more than dissatisfied. Upon our arrival, we were informed that we had inadvertently booked an additional room, which was never confirmed by us. Despite this, we were charged for the additional booking and told that the Director, who was not present, would handle the situation. We are charged an additional 1000 euros for a reservation we did not make. We are feeling robbed and taken advantage of, with no one from the staff willing to listen to our concerns or provide a satisfactory resolution. Moreover, several of the hotel's amenities, such as the elevator and spa center, were not functioning properly. No one was available to assist us, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. As loyal guests who have spent considerable time and money at your establishment, we expected better trea**ent and service.

Amazing, glamorous hotel. We loved the decor and general vibe. It’s so dark - no good if you’ve got a vision impairment! Wine and food were very good. Service very ordinary - didn’t have our very expensive Champagne topped up once. Had to work hard to attract attention for more bottles. A great one-off but I don’t feel the need to go again.

very disappointed. The room is super small and not very clean (i found some hair on my sheets). Also very noisy (you can hear the neighbours speaking). The hotel staff is rude. The breakfast is like a 2 stars hotel.. My first and last time here!

Dear Hotel Costes Management, As avid patrons of Hotel Costes, we have made it a tradition to visit each year during our trips to Paris. However, our recent visit has left us disheartened and reconsidering our loyalty to your establishment. To begin with, the closure of the lovely entrance on Rue Saint Honore was an unexpected inconvenience. Entering through Rue de Castiglione to gain access felt less inviting and took away from the charm we had grown to associate with your hotel. Upon entering, we were unpleasantly surprised by the new check-in process at the lobby reception, specifically for patrons seeking only a drink at the bar. The demeanor of the staff was particularly disappointing, as they exuded an unwarranted air of arrogance, as if we were intruding on their home. It is disheartening to note that the warmth and welcoming a**osphere we once cherished at Hotel Costes seems to have been replaced by an aloof and indifferent attitude. In addition to this, our interaction with the staff left us feeling as though we were being looked down upon as if our presence was an inconvenience rather than a welcomed visit. This shift in attitude has significantly tarnished our perception of Hotel Costes. Despite our attempt to make the most of our visit, the ambiance felt cold and the overall experience lacked the charm that drew us to Hotel Costes in the first place. We made a purchase of 300 euros worth of candles and room spray, but the regrettable encounter with the staff overshadowed any enjoyment we might have derived from our time at your establishment. Hotel Costes has held a special place in our hearts for years. Unfortunately, the recent changes and the demeanor of your staff have left us with no choice but to reconsider our future visits. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into consideration and work towards restoring the warmth and charm that made Hotel Costes a standout destination in Paris.

Was invited for a business diner - don't think we will do that again . Apparently this is a ' concept ' hotel ... you go for the ' ambience ' It is dim and dark inside , you can hardly read the menu and at 9 pm they turn the music in the restaurant to full blast , so you cannot hear yourself think. Service was slow , so we decided not to have dessert . You have to ask for bread , which is unheard of in France in my experience , would have been better of going to a good Brasserie . On a positive note , the food we had was excellent though but I think on the expensive side .

It’s a really beautiful decoration, it smells extremely good, the dishes are delicious. The terrace is superb. Just a very small downside if we no longer consume we feel that we have to leave. But apart from that everyone is charming and it’s always exceptional to come and spend a moment.

Hotel Costes is run by filthy, rude, arrogant and disgusting staff who delude themselves that it is a privilege to use their services. Those cowards forgot they still have a hotel and bar thanks to the English speaking tourists they abuse. VISIT SOME OTHER COUNTRY, SOME OTHER HOTEL - They don't deserve your money.
