Un déjeuner à la pagode. Un jardin avec quelques tables … très calme et agréable . Cher pour ce que nous avons mangé. Les plats sont bons mais pas de surprise. En revanche la tarte citron yuzu est excellente. Le personnel agréable et prevenant

Le lieu en lui même est chargé d’histoire à travers son emplacement et son architecture. On ne peut qu’apprécier ! La localisation est idéale.
La chambre est sublime et le mobilier de très bon choix avec des équipements de pointe.
Le bar et la restauration sont incroyables.
Pour l’ensemble du séjour, les équipes n’ont de cesse à chercher à aller au delà de l’excellence de part leur rapidité, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. C’est très agréable.
Il n’y a pas de mot pour dire à quel point séjourner ici est exceptionnel et bien plus encore.
Aucun autre établissement de même distinction à Paris n’est comparable à la Réserve. En un mot : Merci.

Everything was perfect but that could be expected for this category of hotels. What we like above all at La Reserve is the exceptional level of personalisation and exclusivity feeling that is made possible by the size of the hotel and that makes the experience unique.

This was my first time at La Reserve and I sincerely hope it won't be my last. I can't think of any way to improve this experience. The hotel was calming and peaceful. The staff anticipated my needs so well I barely needed to speak. The room was clean, very well-appointed, and romantic. With its reputation and location (beside the Elysee Palace) La Reserve has had its fair share of incredibly important guests. As just a regular person, though, I never felt that staff looked down on me. Our dining experiences were exceptional in service and quality. The concierge was helpful in both outside dining recommendations and provided us with some impressive perks that very few other Paris hotels can. My husband and I arrived at the hotel without using their transport service, thus they didn't know exactly when we'd arrive. But when we exited the car they immediately recognized us and greeted us by name. I know luxury hotels have their tricks, but I still can't figure this one out. Paris has its share of grand hotels. But La Reserve is something else. It's quiet, unpretentious opulence. Intimate luxury. It might be pricey, but it is completely worth it.

I book a hotel on Paris Booking informs me that my account has been debited but that the reservation was not successful...I will be reimbursed within 7 to 12 days except that I am leaving tomorrow and I have to pay again. I contact the customer service response please send us the details of the reservation.. 2 min after response please contact us except that the reservation is no longer displayed and to access customer service you need the number We don't care about the world!!!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely place to stay. The rooms are amazing. They are clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The team is friendly and helpful. The food here is amazing. The restaurant has a delicious menu. Overall great experience.
