Have stayed at this hotel several times. Always great service. Very good location.
The beds have always been very comfortable, but on this visit the spring mattress was not very comfortable. Also the hot water was sometimes lukewarm and you had to wait a very long time for it to get hotter.
One of the two elevators in the hotel was broken, which led to long delays during ascent/descent.

The view from the hotel window was amazing.
It's right in front of Gare du Nord, where the Eurostar stops.
You can get there from the airport without changing trains by RERB.

The hotel is next to gare du nord, not difficult to find. The rooms are large and spacious. For the first night of stay, there will be 2 bottles of beer as shown in the picture and snacks, no coffee and kettle, but you can request them. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
The room may be a bit dark because there is little light. Most of them are beautiful decorative lights. (But it's better than the extra large room which is bigger but has much less light)
Breakfast was mediocre, not good but not bad. There is a fairly basic selection to choose from. But there is champagne to sip on.

Beware!The hotel is a fake.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, from 14th March.
Although the place marks itself with 4 stars and would cost you good money, they are not able to provide you even with a basic service! We didn't even have a simple bottle of water in the room. Forget about such luxury as a kettle! For 3 days we had only one cleaning service, on top of that a staff in the restaurant ( especially manager ) is extremely rude.
Don’t spoil your holiday staying in this hotel!
