Recently renovated hotel, rooms larger than the average in Paris which is very pleasant and perfectly soundproofed. The bedding is very comfortable, regret that it is a bathtub rather than a shower which is difficult to practice when you are old. Breakfast is much too expensive, 28€, pleasant staff but speaking poor English at breakfast. The spa area is small and poorly presented, open for very little time during the day. No room service because the partner restaurant is closed for renovation. The wifi is OK, and the TV is a good size. The short walk to the Porte Maillot metro station is very pleasant and the Champs Elysees are a few minutes' walk away. I will not hesitate to come back if the prices are attractive.

The hotel is farther away than expected. It's very far west of Paris, it's supposed to be by the Arc de Triomphe, but it's an easy 15 minute walk there. It is good that there is a supermarket directly opposite. The nearest subway is a 5 minute walk. The reception at the hotel was very sober. No question, the arrival was o.a. It was very quickly pointed out that check-in is only from 3 p.m. There is no room service on Sundays. The rooms and bathroom were large by Parisian standards. In the bathroom the faucet of the bathtub was loose, the sink didn't drain properly. There were bathrobes and slippers. The room was quiet facing the street which was a good thing. The TV was large, but only French programs. Very unusual.

"We had a delightful stay at the Villa de Maillot! The staff was incredibly helpful and super friendly, making our experience memorable. The location is perfect, conveniently close to the metro, and the bus N82 takes you straight to the Eiffel Tower. With restaurants and bars nearby, it's highly recommended – a great place for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city."

Lovely boutique Hotel. Very pretty, good sized and very clean rooms, kind and welcoming personnel. No restaurant for lunch or dinner but the restaurant next door offers to bring food up tl your room and it's very good. Great location, very quiet in the evening, amazingly comfortable beds.

Tres bel hotel, excellentes prestations.Notre chambre donnait coté rue mais l'insonorisation etant "au top" nous n'avons pas souffert du bruit exterieur.Tres bonne literie.Copieux petit déjeuner aussi bien pour le salé que le sucré. Le personnel est au petit soin, ambiance tres chaleureuse et familiale,c'est ce que j'aime dans cet hotel ou j'y sejourne depuis plus de 10 ans quand je vais à un congrés .Mention particuliere à Vivienne et Romain,tous deux adorables comme le reste de l'equipe.Les toulonnais
