The location of the hotel is very good, close to the subway, the quality of the restaurants nearby is very good, and the surrounding area is safe. Except for the small room, everything else is very good

I cannot compliment this 3-star hotel enough! I stayed with my daughter from 21/08 - 25/08 to see Billie Eilish at the Rock en Seine festival.
It’s location, whilst not in the centre of Paris, is just a short Metro ride from the centre (the metro is around the corner) and a very simple train journey (and short 5-minute walk) on the RER from CDG/Orly airports (see picture).
The hotel is clean, modern and exceptional value for money. We stayed in a small room, but it was perfect for our needs.
Breakfast is, as anticipated, a continental breakfast, but there was plenty of choice and the food was fresh - the omelettes were cooked to perfection!
Finally, the staff were very friendly and spoke English … which was good, because my French is almost nonexistent 😃
In summary, assuming availability, I will look to return to this hotel before booking any other hotel in Paris!

Excellente adresse idéalement située ( Gare Montparnasse, quartier Gaité…) , avec une offre de chambres spacieuses comme on en trouve plus à Paris dans cette gamme de prix. Calme et confortable avec des aspects communs très pratiques pour les rendez vous de travail. Accueil parfait.

Friendly, and helpful team and a beautiful hotel in a superb location in Paris. Safe area and lots of excellent restaurants nearby, including French, Asian and Argentinian. Comfortable beds, good croissants for breakfast and immaculately clean. Perfect for a city break.

I wish they would advised us about very loud renovations. Or at least start the renovation later so we could rest in the morning. Otherwise, loved all about the property. Beautiful spacious room in a family friendly area.

C'était juste un hôtel merveilleux. Tout était parfait, de la réception, se terminant par le nettoyage et le petit déjeuner. Très bon emplacement. Le métro est à moins d'une minute. J'attends mon nouveau visa car la semaine d'août est à nouveau réservée ici. :) A bientôt ! (j'espère)

Lovely and very comfortable hotel within walking distance of St Germaine des Pres and Montparnasse. Reception was super friendly and helpful. Room 11 had sweet little hallway before entering the room and it was a surprisingly cozy feature, felt as if you were entering your own little apartment. Highly recommend!
