Highly recommended to stay! I had epic experience while I stayed in Paris! Hotel front people was so warm and nice. Room was so clean and they gave me cookies every day haha location was great . I will definitely book again when traveling in Paris;)

I must say that this hotel is very Parisian and an amazing place to stay when you visit Paris. The location is central to many of the tourist attractions, with the Eiffel Tower within walking distance, being at the end of the street.

I read the reviews before booking and it seemed people either had wonderful experiences or poor experiences, very little in between. I hoped we would be in the wonderful experience category but, unfortunately, we weren’t. Reception at check in was fine, not warm and welcoming but not rude. It was literally the last time anyone spoke to us during our 4 night stay until checkout. It’s a very small reception area and you must pass right in front of the desk to enter or exit the hotel, not once was I greeted and when I spoke I received little response. Our deluxe room was very clean (thank you housekeeping!) but needed refurbishment. Barely functional door knobs on damaged doors, torn wallpaper, chipped bathtub. The separate area with the toilet was so small that my knees almost touched the wall and I am 5’3” tall. Was it horrible? No. Would I recommend this property? Sadly, no.

Staff didn’t respond to emergencies or difficult situations. Paid too much for what we got. Staff didnot care to meet us/ customers. Lack of tact from hotel staff. I had to go look for the manager next morning to tell her that I got trapped in the elevator and nothing was done. They offered breakfast and bottle of wines, we couldnt take the breakfast until next day and none in my family drinks alcohol. They offered a discount of the upgraded room I paid and took. Our whole experiences there were stressful. The staff acted like they were doing a favor and they were defensive all the time.

What a fantastic hotel to choose for our first visit to Paris. The room and common areas were beautifully appointed, and the staff went above and beyond in every way to make sure our stay was perfect. Special thanks to Angelo and Vincent who made reservations at phenomenal restaurants for us, and were the best hosts we could ever wish for.

Just checked out from our two night stay and it was absolutely wonderful. Let's start with the Pros Livia was very patient with all my emails and questions we had . Angelo set up everything for us . Tickets to see the French open stadium. Louve museum , and Eiffel Tower tics. He also set up airport pick up and airport drop off . Angelo delivered our luggage made sure we were all set in our room . Richard checked us in . Made sure I had small bills - Euros and dispatched all our cabs . I'm sorry I forget the young lady's name that served us breakfast she was gem . BTW breakfast is a game changer . What a treat . Angelo gave us some great suggestions for restaurants near by that did not disappoint. Market down the street , laundry service accross the street and 3 spas walking distance . Beautiful room lots of space and comfy bed . Cons Rain - don't think Livia and team can fix That Not enough time . Sad we have to leave . If your thinking of booking a nice Marriott / excellent service and a fantastic location don't think twice you can thank me after your stay
