It's cold in winter and the heating is loud. It seems to be newly renovated, the color scheme is pretty, but the smell is a bit strong. The breakfast service was very good and the coffee was very good.

Quiet location and close to places to visit in Paris such as the Louvre, Châtelet or the Opéra Garnier Galeries Lafayette. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops, and we are also in the second Asian district of Paris after the 13th.
Decent space for one person per room, it's small. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, flow and hot water very well. But the room has no kettle, coffee, fridge, except a small TV whose remote control did not work. Soap in the bathroom only.
In the closet you can use 2 more pillows.
My room had an inner courtyard, which was a bit dirty because of the pigeons, which nest there.
I didn't have breakfast, but they don't have a dining room, it's just a small area attached to the reception.
Pleasant and young hotel staff, with night reception. The room key is not electronic, you have to leave your key when you leave.
