The hotel is very well located, near one train station and near metro line 6. It is also near Cous Saint Emilion which is full of shops and good restaurants. Personnel is kind and I liked the breakfast.

The location is good and room is simple. The maintenance of the room may need to be improved thou.

Hotel is in a great location near train station. However, the room is not that great, room smells musty, very small and not clean. If anyone looking for a taxi from a hotel to train statin don’t ask a receptionist, they’ll charge you extra.

The hotel is older and the room is smaller than what is shown in the photos. However, a great advantage is that it is within 2 mins walking distance to the Accor Arena which is amazingly convenient for people who went for sport games and concerts.

Ideally situated near the Gare de Paris Bercy Station and the line 14 Metro Bercy stop and Flixbus station. Plenty of varied restaurants nearby. Good WiFi, quiet rooms, we were at the back 201. Breakfast has a range of food from continental to bacon and eggs, cheeses, meats, cereals, yoghurt and good coffee. Helpful staff. The rooms not in pristine condition but comfortable and clean bed, products in the bathroom. It is a nice area a short stroll to the Seine and the Bercy Village. Short metro ride to Chatelet.

The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the Accord Arena and Bercy Park. But the hotel itself is very dilapidated and the service is poor or pitiful for a hotel. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We arrived in a tiny room which was on either side of the staircase. The room is very poorly equipped. No air conditioning which is surprising in Paris in 2024. There was no outlet near the desk to plug in your computer or in the bathroom to plug in an electric razor or a toothbrush. The mattress was very tired to the point that there was a mattress topper, but we slept very poorly. The cleaning was bad, the carpet dirty and stained. We thought we had booked a nice room with a bathroom with bathtub but we arrived in a tiny room which had nothing to do with the photos on the site and with a bathroom. dilapidated bath. The shower cubicle was small, very dirty and the shower doors closed with difficulty. The room did not correspond to what we had reserved according to the description and photos on the site. Our magnetic card was dysfunctional and would not open the door to the 1st floor where our room was, forcing us to take the very long elevator each time. The reception staff did not want to resolve the problem, telling us that there was a problem with the door so other customers were passing through the stairs with their cards. They don't care about customers. The second morning, we were woken up at 8 a.m. by work being done in the room just above. We called reception 4 times and they did not stop the noise of the hammer and drill. It was not until the 4th phone call that I was finally given the manager who offered to compensate me with a free breakfast that I had already paid for in advance and which he could not reimburse me for. So, no compensation. It's amazing to rent a hotel room and be woken up by the sound of drills at 8 a.m. because this meme decided to tinker in the room above your head. It is, however, a hotel. We rent a room so we can sleep! The only positive point of the hotel besides its location is the breakfast which was very good. In the end I would not recommend this hotel whose services are lousy and do not have the basics of hospitality.

The special-shaped room on the top floor is like a loft. The bathroom is spacious. The front desk staff are very nice. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room. It is very inconvenient to drink hot water.

Hotel near Bercy train station. Friendly and attentive staff.

The receptionist couldn't find the reservation and kept us waiting for several hours to get in. There were no towels in the room and the cleaning was very poor.

There is no air-conditioning in this hotel, the hotel is being renovated and the hygiene level is extremely poor, the pictures are for reference only, the floor mats have footprints, insects and spider webs. There is no difference between staying in a hotel and living in a ******* house. The room facilities are extremely weird. If you have such a hobby, this one is worth referring to 👍🏻

Hotel was in good location and the staff were friendly. When you view the website of the hotel Claret you think wow - what a place for the price. The reality was different and if a hotel in Finland had such a different website from reality they would be done under the trade descriptions act. My room 210 was below average and the badly fitted carpet made this room more dirtier. There is no iron, no coffee and tea making facilities, no bottled water in your room. Would i stay here again - Never - would I recommend it - No way. Its awful. I try hard not to give bad reviews, but this place is horrendous.
