I stayed here recently and unfortunately my experience wasn’t pleasant. The customer service was abysmal; the staff seemed to be in a perpetual state of grumpiness and were outright rude. They were extremely unaccommodating and seemed indifferent to my needs and requests, often responding with impatience. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority to them. Adding to the discomfort was the foul smell emanating from the elevator, which only added to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. Despite its shortcomings, I must admit that the hotel's location in Paris was very good. However, the convenience of the location couldn't make up for the dreadful customer service.
