The best experience ever! The staff always give a friendly help to me in all kind of situation. All speak great English as well

No flexibility for late check out, next to Arc de triomphe de l’Etoile, very convenient to travel everywhere. Breakfast have less choice but still taste good

The rooms are very narrow. The air conditioner was out of order throughout the holiday. The shower was clogged. The hotel elevator was broken and they did not fix it.

I didn't expect breakfast, but it was delicious, so I ate too much every morning.

I tried to stay in this hotel at the beginning, but I didn’t experience jet lag on the first day I arrived. I was very uncomfortable and didn’t change hotels everywhere. The hotel room is small, the facilities are fairly complete, and there is no view. The location is very good, just downstairs is the dior and lv main store buildings. Champs Street, Arc de Triomphe. Our English is not very good, and it is not particularly convenient to communicate with the service staff.

It is very convenient to go shopping in Xiangjie and the price/performance ratio is good.

The location is great, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. The interior of the room is very clean, and the triple room we booked was upgraded to a large suite. The surrounding law and order is also very good, all in all very good!

I love that most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect but I just hope the cleaning lady can also wash the cups and glasses...
