Good location, service is ok and rooms/spaces are clean.

The hotel is located in a quiet area which is very pleasant. The establishment's staff is always smiling and attentive to customers as soon as you walk through the front door. The brunch is one of the best I've had, between the hot/pastry/pastry side there are so many choices! And everything is delicious (special mention for the truffle pasta and arancini) We can only have a great time!

Our room with bow window was 26 m2! Where are they ? -- You can only access the trunk and the fridge by sitting on the bed and one person at a time and when leaving this very narrow passage you stumble into the black on black door stop. --No cupboard in the room: only a cloakroom rack and two unclosed mini benches. -- no space in the bedroom area for our open or closed suitcase: solution to leave it in the Bow Window where two huge flower pots are completely useless and bulky. this bow window is very poorly lit, impossible to read, no comfortable armchairs but two chairs and a high table to look at the restaurant room!!! -- Thanks to this bow window we took advantage of an impossible noise (bass and singers at full force until midnight for one night and 2 a.m. for the second night. all this preventing us from sleeping. (earplugs n 'were not provided!!!) -- NO COFFEE MACHINE: and the first continental breakfast we had a latte in a mini coffee cup and if we wanted another coffee it was extra! 2nd day we had our coffee in a mug at our request. A good point for the pastries which were very good - A mini sink More for a toilet than for a bathroom, and no bar in the shower to hold on to. and not to possibly slip -- NO SLIPPERS, SHAMPOO, COTTON, PAPER TISSUES or SHOWER CAP requested at reception, I was told that there was a monoprix next to the hotel where I could get some -- a good point for the TV but we're not used to spending hours in front of it. IN BRIEF more than minimum service unworthy of a 4 star hotel. -- We are used to going to ACCOR chain hotels, this is the first time that we are so unhappy. Despite their kindness, there is a lack of professionalism among the staff. The style of this channel is perhaps not made for us. .

I recommend the Mama Shelter, great experience, the welcome and the a**osphere were great, top service! We were able to enjoy the brunch on Sunday, it was exceptional, the choice was very varied and the products were quality. We were also able to take advantage of the comedy club to end our weekend in a good mood!

Very good hotel, I recommend. The films on VOD have not changed too much (1/5 or 1/7 films are new) since my last visit. The rest is perfect
