Hotel Cluny Square

It was a bit inconvenient because the elevator was broken, but the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was also good for sightseeing.

The room was smaller than expected But it's centrally located, so transportation was good everywhere. The main tourist attractions are 10-20 minutes away on foot, so it was good to walk around while looking around!

Beautiful establishment, nice room and perfect location in Paris. However, it is not specified on the reservation site that the reception is on the first floor, and that the elevator which serves the other floors was not working. We had to carry our luggage alone, up the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor...complicated given our physical difficulties. The quality/price ratio of breakfast: 16 euros without real savory dishes (vacuum-packed Emmental and hard-boiled eggs), dribbled pastries and nothing extraordinary to justify this price. And be aware that if you ask reception to call a taxi, it will cost you 10 euros more on the price/flat rate of the trip. I understand that any service must be paid but this lacks transparency and/or information; Being presented with a fait accompli and not being aware that your package has gone from 35 to 45 euros is not pleasant!
