Great location, clean room and friendly staff. Many restaurants in close proximity. Would recommend to weekend travellers

We stayed three nights first in Superior room then booked a three nights package via its website for the duplex room towards end of our trip. When we stayed at the Superior room, as the rooms are all very densely located next to each other, every night, it’s hard not to be able to hear the strong rhythm of neighbouring room’s evening activities. I recommend the Duplex room if budge allows as it’s much quieter, and of course much nicer too. Breakfast was quite basic and simple that we wished there was more variety. We didn’t bring swimsuit along so never get to try the sauna or jacuzzi...I won’t call it a pool as it’s too small to do proper swim. If you book this hotel, don’t forget to pack swimsuit. In general, the hotel is cute and lovely with convenient location. The staff was very helpful esp. Nicholas!

A very modern, clean and relaxing hotel. Rooms were nicely decorated and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. Would recommend to others and stay here again.

The hotel looks neat. Certainly not very special and not a 4 star rating. The breakfast is very basic and the fitness consists of 2 machines and a few weights. In addition to this general description, we unfortunately had a very negative experience in the hotel. We arrived on Sunday and all was fine. On Monday evening our 11 year old daughter was in the bathroom, and out of the blue, a metal panel weighing more than 3 kg came from the wall and fell on her head in the bathroom. This panel should have been stuck in the wall, but that was not the case. It took the staff 40 minutes to bring ice for her head. And the hotel waited until the next day (!) to send someone to repair it. The repairman told us that the panel was not properly tightened with screws. As a result, she suffered a mild concussion (it could have been much worse if her head was 10 cm in a different direction) and had 2 very bad nights because of all the stress and anxiety she experienced. She is still afraid things will fall on her head.The hotel gave our daughters a little present ( book and chocolate) while we asked for compensation ( this was so stressful it ruined our whole trip and we told them this unsafe situation is not acceptable ) but upon departure there was no manager present and no compensation was offered. So I would be really careful about going to this hotel with children. It is not safe and they compensate with chocolate. Our family travels a lot and overall we are very satisfied, but this was not a good experience and handling. Even after a complaint via Booking, the hotel did not want to give any compensation in return.

Wonderful gem of a hotel, great location, perfect meeting space, great service, lovely rooms, incredible food.
