Beaucoup d’appréhension avant l’arrivée car l’adresse a été modifié temporairement (quai de grenelle) et le personnel au téléphone n’a pas pu nous rassurer des dates due cette modification. J’ai failli tout annuler… En réalité on a kiffé être au pied de la Tour Eiffel!!! Une fois sur place l’ accueil était hyper-chaleureux et bienveillant. Chambre petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Très appréciable le minibar de boissons soft! Ainsi que la possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant et après notre réservation. Métro #6 (aérien) agréable et très fréquent. Métro #C proche et très rapide mais les travaux pendant notre séjour ont compliqué les transferts. Attention le bateau ne fait pas la croisière tous les jours. Il ne se déplaçait pas lors de notre séjour mais on a été gâté par son changement d’adresse près de la Tour Eiffel. Notre fille t’était aux anges de voir la tour le soir depuis le bateau!

Excellent accueil et suite très originale. Les suites avec Jacuzzi et Sauna sont très agréable et bien agencées Le personnel est disponible et arrangeant. Au mois d'Avril il y a encore peu de monde ce qui permet d'avoir son petit déjeuner déposé directement dans la chambre plutôt que d'aller dans la salle commune.

Bon séjour , dîner excellent, nuitée satisfaisant malgré l’erreur de la chambre qui n’était pas coté Seine pourtant réservé . Dommage qu’on a pas pu naviguer jusqu’à Notre Dame

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, accueil sympathique et disponible . Le service est à notre écoute. Le diner offre un très bon rapport qualité /prix. Les assiettes sont belles et les plats sont de tres bonnes qualités. je vous recommande cette adresse pour le Diner et la nuit.

Cadeau d'anniversaire de mon mari , il a adoré et moi aussi, accueil chaleureux, croisière agréable, le repas était bon, la cabine propre, la literie etait bonne, Merci au personnel très sympathique, nous avons passé une soirée inoubliable, Parfait pour une nuit romantique ! J’ai adoré être accueillie par une jeune femme courtoise, très gentille, pro, positive et arrangeante. Le petit déjeuner était prévu pour 8h00 et je ne pouvais pas attendre. Elle s’est arrangée avec la personne concernée et j’ai pu langer à 7h30. Merci à tous les deux, c’est vraiment adorable. La seule chose qui m’a un peu dérangée c’était la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain que je trouve trop petites. J’ai aimé dormir sur l’eau et pas dans un hôtel et recommande cet endroit.

La chambre bali est incroyable, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Autant par le cadre que par le confort. Nous avons pu profité du jacuzzi et du sauna. La restauration est bonne, peut être un peu limité dans le choix des entrées/ plats et desserts. Les cocktails sont très bien préparés.
