This place is a total scam. As photos below, I booked a room with a bathroom. When I got there, they gave me one without bathroom or toilet. I showed them my record here and argued with them for half an hour. They just said they don’t have such rooms anymore and showed me a false record that I booked a Eco room (without bathroom) which was not true. Also, they don’t provide anything that a hotel normally provides.. Not recommend at all. Terrible experience here.

It is very close to the TOLBIAC subway station, but the facilities are old and there is no elevator. It is very inconvenient to have large luggage. The door key must be returned to the front desk every time you leave the store. The sound insulation of the room is not good. There are often people walking around in the public toilet in the corridor. The ceiling of the bathroom There was a water leak, and the downstairs bathroom was wading when the shower was upstairs.

Fuyez absolument. Réservation pour deux jours. A l'arrivée on nous attribué la chambre 2. Après vérifications nous avons du tuer des cafards dans la salle de bain et nous avons découvert ce qui ressemble à des punaises de lit !! Après échanges avec l'agent d'accueil il nous attribue la chambre 33. Le lendemain matin au moment de prendre la douche la salle de bain est inondée par une fuite au plafond. Réservation faite sur une plate-forme donc aucun remboursement possible. Je viens de faire un signalement au service d'hygiène de la ville de Paris.
