First off, I absolutely love this neighborhood. The 11th, to me, is the perfect area in Paris to stay. And I’d stay at this Ibis again based on that alone. As far as the hotel itself, it was good. My first floor room was small but comfortable and had a nice view of the neighborhood. Everything worked. There isn’t much luggage storage space but that’s ok. The front desk was a mixed experience. The woman who checked me in was really kind and efficient. But I found the men who worked the front desk to be a bit… unfriendly? Unwelcoming? All in all a good budget hotel in a fantastic part of Paris. As I said, I’d stay again and generally recommend.

Ça commence par une porte verrouillée sans message une deuxième où ont pis fait signe vulgairement de retourner à la première . Un accueil sans sourire par une personne qui vous renifle au nez … désagréable. Chambre correcte mais trop cher pour ce que c est . Traces d usure sur le mur . Éclairage froid et agressif . Bon c est Paris !!

J’ai été très agréablement surpris par le service client de très grande qualité que j’ai reçu. D’abord, une prise en charge proactive d’un imprévu de réservation et de disponibilité de chambre. Ensuite, j’avais oublié mon nécessaire avec des articles importants pour moi. Je vis en Espagne. Le directeur de l’hôtel et ses collaborateurs se sont chargés de tout faire pour me le faire parvenir dans les plus brefs délais et avec beaucoup d’amabilité! Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas reçu ce type de traitement, celui qui vous fait sentir accueilli et tranquile.
