A very satisfying stay. The room is very large, the bathroom with separate dry and wet rooms is very tidy, and the shampoo and soap provided are of good quality. The living room is large, complete with sofa and dining table. The kitchen can be used. My breakfast and dinner are cooked in the apartment, which is really convenient. The apartment is very close to the Eiffel Tower, only a five-minute walk away. It is within ten minutes' walk from Metro Line 6. The location is really good!

The location is great! Right under the tower! Ottoman style architecture! It was quiet at night and had a great sleep! The toiletries are all nuxe! It’s so happy to see the illuminated iron tower on the balcony! There are various restaurants nearby and you can buy bread for breakfast! Perfect perfect!
Service: The service is also very good. The staff are very nice. If you call them in advance to book a check-in time at night, you can store your luggage when you check out and pick it up when you leave.

2023. 9. 20 ~9.21~ Our Korean family of 5 had a great stay for 2 nights in a superior 3-bedroom. I realized how happy it was to be able to see the famous Eiffel Tower at a glance while lying on the living room sofa and looking up at it right in front of my eyes. And sleeping in a luxury Parisian apartment built in the 19th century 100 years ago in the 21st century was truly a cinematic experience.^^ The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk) ). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are of high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

Spectacular! Our family of 8 stayed in the penthouse, 7th floor and it was amazing. Waking up and going to sleep with a unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower was priceless! The penthouse was very clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, small kitchen, sitting room, dinning room & living room. The 8 of us had plenty of space to rest and freshen up without being in each other’s way. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Paris!

This hotel was amazing, We stayed in the 3 bedroom eiffel tower view and it was worth every cent. You never got sick of looking at the tower especially of a night. Well laid out, everyhthing supplied and the staff were lovely

This is our second time staying at the Residence Charles Floquet! We were happy to be greeted by Javier, who remembered us from 5 years ago! Now that is hospitality! We were a total of 9 people, and we stayed in two different units for 3 nights. My group got upgraded to the Eiffel Tower Duplex 3 bedroom! We very much enjoyed our stay! This was the last leg of our 17-day trip to Europe and we made use of the washer and dryer in the unit!! We, again, had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and liked the fact that the subway, restaurants, and mini market are all walking distance!

Notre appartement 2 chambres au 6e étage était superbe. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est à couper le souffle. Avec ses deux chambres, les enfants et nous étions confortables. Le luxe là où ça compte avec une literie impeccable, une abondance d’espace, un personnel chaleureux à l’accueil, et cette vue, cette vue dont on ne peut se lasser. Amazing view and great location. Unforgettable one night stay for our family of six, the apartment was very spacious and beautifully designed with the best backdrop of the Eiffel Tower out the balcony. Xavier at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to us. Highly recommend Residence Charles Floquet.
