It would be great if there is hair conditioner in the hotel. The breakfast options are not many and simple, and the room space is not big, but the hygiene and cleanliness are acceptable, and the service attitude is also acceptable

We were three friends travelling and booked a room each. Very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was always hot.
Loved the spa.
Friendly staff.
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
The area was close to where we usually stay but we really enjoyed discovering new local places. Fab neighbourhood with good bus / metro links - even though we walked to the river as it's fairly direct.

Hôtel très agréable , propre et idéalement situé dans une rue calme , proche de toutes commodités et de très bons restaurants . Le personnel est très très sympathique et le Spa privatisé est un plus très appréciable. Ma chambre avec balcon était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, bio et varié ! Je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel et j’y retournerai les yeux fermés .

Had a wonderful welcome from Laurie who spoke English brilliantly (& sometimes with a scouse accent) & she was so helpful throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, a good shower, warm radiator to dry towels and a comfortable bed. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't attest for the food but our room was quiet, clean and, apart from not having the greatest view, it was the base we wanted. Paris accommodation isn't cheap and this wasn't a luxurious place but with all the walking we did we needed a good night's sleep and got that here. Plus it had a lift. All the staff were great, there were umbrellas to use if raining. Little touches that made it pleasant.

Excellent hotel, would totally recommend, especially the balcony room. I loved the views . Shame I didn't get to use the spa.

Great hotel just off the most amazing street in Paris for foodies. Executive room was perfect for us with a bath tub and terrace. Easy walk to metro stations, incredible bakeries on your doorstep. Breakfast included if you book direct and was excellent in terms of choice and food quality. So many restaurants in easy walking distance and close to Sacre Coeur. They do a spa option where you get a 45 minute private session in the pool and steam room which is great after a day’s sightseeing around Paris. Beautiful building too.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits impossible de se reposer .L hôtel est bien situé, en revanche très mauvaise insonorisation du aux canalisations de l hôtel . Si quelqu’un prends sa douche tard le soir pas top et le matin impossible de dormir entre douches et ménages , les chambres sont petites . le spa est plutôt pas mal. Nous sommes habitués des 4 étoiles à Paris celui-ci ne les vaut pas
