Large rooms and comfortable beds. Receptionist acted as though they can’t be bothered. Didn’t speak a word unless had to. Carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast is not good. Had an hour left until breakfast ended and no more hot food was brought out.

This was a last minute trip, so I didn't have reservations and was lucky to find a place to stay. The desk clerk was super nice, and gave me a discount due to the (personal) purpose of my stay. I felt really lucky when I opened my room as it was a spacious king "suite" with a nice seating area. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. There were a few maintenance issues with the room, which I reported the next morning. Hopefully those will be fixed before the next travelers come along.

First off, getting to the hotel was a little tricky as it sits in back of the Holiday Inn Express. Immediately upon walking through the doors and into the lobby we were hit with a Strong Odor. It smelled like insecticide. We were given a room on the second floor and thankfully the odor was not in the room although it was in the elevator. The room was large for 2 beds and the lighting was great. One lightbulb needed replaced however. Plenty of hot water. Beds were good. The downside of this hotel was the carpets. They were filthy looking and should either be shampooed or replaced! Plus having to deal with the odor when going in and out. We were unable to eat breakfast here because once again the odor was lingering.

I've been coming here for over a year now and every visit has been a pleasant experience. I've become a loyal rewards member and also frequented other comfort suites in other states but they haven't lived up to the reputation and expectations as this location has. If we have any issues and they had to be minor in nature the staff has always taken care of us.

We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn while visiting Paris. Staff were nice at check in and our room was spacious and clean on the fourth floor. Bathroom had plenty of hot water for showers and was clean and stocked as well. The hotel's location is convenient right on the loop highway around Paris and easy to access restaurants, downtown and other attractions. They also had a pretty good breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Paris.

This hotel is worn......... meaning all you see are areas that need paint or repairs. On my visit in the workout area the treadmill and bike were out of order. The elevator would not go to the first floor at one point. Housekeeping and the front desk were really nice which is why I gave the hotel average. Try and find somewhere better for your money if you care.

The bed only contained thick hard pillows and I had a terrible crick in my neck the next morning. The mattress and linen and breakfast were decent however the quality of my sleep from this hotel was terrible Choice hotels usually have two levels of pillows both hard and soft this one did not clearly choice hotels needs to make more quality inspections

We travel to Paris on business once or twice a year. We’ve stayed in several of the area motels; Comfort Inn & Suites is by far the best we’ve tried so far. I was asking my business partner what we should rate it out of five stars, he said he wished there were six stars available compared to what we’re used to. The breakfast was a legitimate breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Paris.
