Si tuviera q definir este hotel, diria q la calificación q mejor le cuadra es EXQUISITO. Ya su ubicación agrega un plus de calidad, en una calle silenciosa q desemboca en la hermosa Rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, icono del buen gusto parisino. En la recepción el tiempo parece detenerse ante el buen gusto q reina en el ambiente. Si tienen la suerte de ser recibidos por Guillermo y su amabilidad y profesionalismo, seran muy afortunados. En el subsuelo se encuentra una piscina encantadora de aguas cristalinas y con cómodas poltronas y duchas, y sauna y baño turco. Gimnasio abierto las 24 hs igual q la pileta. El spa es de Shiseido, y no lo contraté pero asumo su excelencia. La habitación….. excelsa. La calidad de la ropa blanca, de las almohadas, de los productos de cosmetica, todo era una invitación al disfrute. El restaurante Il Giardino simplemente maravilloso, sobretodo la atención de Rachid. El desayuno es muy bueno, con un sistema de a la carta, lo cual me gustó muchísimo. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en este hotel. Recomiendo absolutamente.

Magnifique spa et soins de très grande qualité. Par contre ensuite fuyez le restaurant à la nourriture médiocre, petites quantités pour des prix astronomiques. Certes c’est le 8e mais le rapport qualité prix est honteux. Très bons cocktails mais à 25€ ! Compter 60€ entrée plat mais vous mangerez mieux au bistro du coin. Personnel très souriant et sympathique. Mais en cuisine c’est la cata !!

Very dissappointed by their customer service... It is is 5 star hotel that wouldnt except dollars as a deposit. We live in a 21st century!!! i was a returning customer for years now. Stayed like few days and had to extend a room but they wouldnt accept it. Trust issues? not coming back again... you guys lost a very good client.

Hotel davvero brutto e sporco per 600 euro a notte Ho trascorso 2 giorni in questo hotel con mia moglie. Siamo arrivati con Uber e nessuno è venuto ad aprire la portiera della macchina e ad aiutarci a disfare le valigie. Strano per un hotel a 5 stelle. Più tardi ho voluto regalare a mia moglie un bel mazzo di fiori e cioccolatini per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Non c'era nessun concierge che mi aiutasse a trovarlo. In un albergo 5*? il giorno successivo non c'era ancora il concierge. Sono andato io stesso a comprare fiori e cioccolata e volevo andare a cena. Non ho avuto il tempo di prenotare telefonicamente, ho dovuto farlo da sola perché la ragazza alla reception dell'hotel era sopraffatta da 6 ospiti. Mia moglie ha fatto un trattamento nella spa dell'hotel che era molto buono e la massaggiatrice era gentile. Ma la pulizia è davvero pessima, è sporca e mal tenuta, ci sono macchie nere sul pavimento e le pareti della piscina sono piene di segni. l'igiene è davvero da rivedere e indegna di un hotel di lusso. Quando ho chiamato per effettuare una prenotazione non c'è stata risposta al telefono e il telefono è stato tagliato due volte, il che è incredibile. Infine, penso che questo hotel non sia affatto un hotel a 5 stelle, oppure i clienti sono ciechi e non vedono la scarsa qualità. Non tutte le persone che lavorano qui sono gentili o hanno molto lavoro. Non consiglierei assolutamente questo posto.
