The room is decorated in an artistic style with many details. There are books in the bathroom. The vinyl music can be controlled separately in the bathroom and the shower room. The check-in snacks and chocolates every night are delicious. The service is very good. The waiter will introduce the room facilities when you check in. Breakfast is made to order. Since you are going out in the morning, you can help pack breakfast to take away. The hotel lobby is a bar at night, and there is no noise.

Horrible. Disastrous. I booked a massage the day I arrived, for 6pm. The masseuse arrived at 6:30 pm, and no one even called me to say anything. Next day, I asked for the unpacking service and asked the price. They asked me to be in the room and sent someone who could be a great professional for any job like bathroom or pipe maintenance, but the person didn't even speak English to do an unpacking during a fashion week in Paris. The other day I left at 10 am and returned at 4 pm with a surprise: the only thing tidy was the bed. The room was a huge mess, just as I left it: scattered clothes, shopping bags, from the hurried days during a busy week, fashion week. I complained: and the so-called “5-star hotel”, with an “original concept” claimed that it did not touch other guests’ belongings. Hahahahaha. It's like charging for dinner and getting an empty plate. Later I called the manager SIMON, a huge incompetent, and he went to the room. I contextualized it, saying that I am guests of the best hotels there are. And within a “5 star” category, things need to be more formal. And he, PASMEN, asked me: “WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?” The manager, to my face, asked this. This citizen asked this question, with me sitting on the bed, talking formally. At that point I said “Nothing. I want the service in the category that the offer sold me.” I showed him the mistakes, like the overturned sink and he said “tomorrow is your checkout, have a good trip”. Nothing can be worse. Later that night, a certain Pierre, who calls himself the director, approached me in the hallway with a fatherly air and said he would take care of me personally. I didn't trust, and I didn't accept the approach.
