Very good apartment overall. Very good location and easy access. Only downside is beds were on the hard side and the bunk bed creaks a lot and it’s located in a place where there is limited ventilation so it was very hot despite the AC. Would stay again

Essendo in 5 persone abbiamo preferito un appartamento ad un albergo e ci è stata suggerita questa struttura. Appartamento molto grande e spazioso dove davvero non mancava nulla. Il signor Ciril è stato davvero disponibile e cortese. Posizione super comoda a metro e eventuali piccoli supermercati. Consigliatissimo !

We had a good stay/ apartment pretty clean and small issues fixed promptly. Decor a little tired but workmen coming in the day we left to refurbish!! So next time it will be super I’m sure! Host was exceptional- nothing too much trouble. Many thanks

The location was great, the facilities were good and clean, and I enjoyed living in Paris, so it was a wonderful stay! The owner's personality was wonderful, he responded quickly to any troubles, and it was also helpful that he kept my luggage from morning until check-in. In addition, Monoprix was open from the morning near Printemps, so it was convenient to go anywhere. Thank you very much for your help! I would like to stay here again next time.

Apartment well located near the RER and metros.
Printemps shopping area and Galeries Lafayette 200 meters away. Great choice of restaurants and bars around. Apartment isolated by double window and double glazing on each on the 7th floor with elevators, spacious, bright and having all the necessary comforts (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, hair dryer and bathroom essentials, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, etc.).
