Esperienza pessima, camera fin troppo essenziale senza neanche un comodino e pulizia che lasciava a dir poco a desiderare ma soprattutto la sgradevolissima sorpresa di un topo che si aggirava indisturbato nella hall nella completa indifferenza del personale nonostante lo avessimo fatto presente. La mattina abbiamo chiesto il rimborso delle due notti successive e dopo mezz’ora di discussioni allucinanti invece di scusarsi della situazione continuavano a insistere che non era possibile visto che comunque il topo mica era nella nostra stanza quindi era una nostra scelta lasciare l’hotel. Inoltre la hall comunica direttamente con la cucina e la zona colazione quindi anche a livello sanitario non credo che sia una situazione tanto normale. Alla fine ci hanno fatto quasi la cortesia di concederci il rimborso dicendoci che comunque se avevamo scelto quell’hotel perché costava poco era normale aspettarsi poco …mai vissuto in vita mia una situazione del genere.

Ho dato una stella perché non è possibile dare zero. La peggiore esperienza in hotel che abbia mai fatto. Ostello travestito da hotel, con camere sporche e lasciate all’incuria. Assolutamente da evitare se si viaggia con bambini e se non si è abituati a stare in mezzo alla polvere, bagni sporchi e topi che gironzolano per la reception nell’indifferenza del personale e della reception.. Ho dovuto soggiornare per una notte il 17 maggio vista l’ora tarda e l’impossibilità di trovare subito un’altra sistemazione ma l’indomani siamo scappati pretendendo il rimborso delle notti successive. Davvero una grande bufala.

Pessimo hotel! La nostra stanza aveva il bagno sporco, ho segnalato alla reception e mi rispondono che non hanno altre stanze e che avrebbero potuto pulire solo la mattina dopo. Corridoi sporchi, piatti e cotton fiocc sulla moquette e per finire in bellezza un topo che si aggirava comodamente alla reception nell' indifferenza totale del personale dell' hotel e dopo averlo fatto notare per loro era normale... Ovviamente abbiamo lasciato l' hotel e richiesto il rimborso dei giorni successivi.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Mininger Hotel. While the overall experience was initially satisfactory, a series of unfortunate incidents occurred during our departure that significantly tarnished our perception of your establishment. During our two-night stay, we found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable, and the arrival process was smooth. However, our experience took a drastic turn on the morning of our departure. I had requested breakfast takeaway for my children before our departure, but to my surprise, nothing was prepared when I went to collect it. I was then directed by the receptionist to approach the restaurant staff to request something for my kids. Upon following the instructions given to me, I entered the restaurant to find it closed. Despite this, I approached the restaurant staff politely to request some food for my children. To my shock and dismay, I was met with hostility and aggression from three restaurant staff members, particularly from an African-looking lady who treated us disrespectfully. She began yelling at me in French and proceeded to chase us out of the restaurant. This appalling behavior completely ruined our stay and left a lasting negative impression. Despite bringing this incident to the attention of the management and requesting an investigation, I was disappointed to find that my concerns were dismissed. Instead of addressing the misconduct of your staff, I was blamed for not ordering breakfast takeaway in advance. As a result of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to any Mininger hotels in the future, and I will be sharing my experience with others. I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. I sincerely hope that you will take appropriate action to address this issue and restore the reputation of your establishment.

Venue lors de l’organisation de mon EVJF. La réservation a été faite îl y a plusieurs mois par mes témoins qui avait appeler 2 jours avant afin d’organiser notre arrivée. On avait eu la centrale au téléphone qui nous ont confirmé la possibilité d’arriver avant sans mentionner un supplément. À notre arrivée, on nous demande 15€ sinon possibiloté de prendre des casiers payants également !!! Aucun geste n’a été fait et l’accueil n’a pas été des plus chaleureux …. La chambre est bien pensé pour 6 personnes, mais le ménage est à revoir !!! Poussière, lampe qui se détache, pas d’ampoule dans une lampe, joints de douche quasi orange sans compter la fenêtre que nous pouvons ouvrir pour aérer la chambre ! Un énorme merci à Liam & Mélodie au bar qui nous ont fait passé une soirée inoubliable ! Malgré quelques couacs, Liam a pu s’adapter afin de pouvoir nous servir … il mérite largement de passer Manager !!!!

Un hôtel qui fait payer une taxe de séjour de 14,95€ pour une seule nuit (tarif palace de la ville de Paris) c’est honteux. À fuir sans modération c’est une énorme arnaque Dans cet hôtel le client est vu comme un portefeuille ambulant toujours prêt à payer
