I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Mininger Hotel. While the overall experience was initially satisfactory, a series of unfortunate incidents occurred during our departure that significantly tarnished our perception of your establishment. During our two-night stay, we found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable, and the arrival process was smooth. However, our experience took a drastic turn on the morning of our departure. I had requested breakfast takeaway for my children before our departure, but to my surprise, nothing was prepared when I went to collect it. I was then directed by the receptionist to approach the restaurant staff to request something for my kids. Upon following the instructions given to me, I entered the restaurant to find it closed. Despite this, I approached the restaurant staff politely to request some food for my children. To my shock and dismay, I was met with hostility and aggression from three restaurant staff members, particularly from an African-looking lady who treated us disrespectfully. She began yelling at me in French and proceeded to chase us out of the restaurant. This appalling behavior completely ruined our stay and left a lasting negative impression. Despite bringing this incident to the attention of the management and requesting an investigation, I was disappointed to find that my concerns were dismissed. Instead of addressing the misconduct of your staff, I was blamed for not ordering breakfast takeaway in advance. As a result of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to any Mininger hotels in the future, and I will be sharing my experience with others. I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. I sincerely hope that you will take appropriate action to address this issue and restore the reputation of your establishment.
