房間比較小，但是位置非常好，酒店沒有免費的WiFi

Charmant oud hotel in het centrum van Parijs. Prima ligging en vriendelijke service. Het hotel is een beetje oud en eenvoudig gemeubileerd, maar voor de rest prima in orde.

毎回利用してます。スタッフも顔馴染みで、パリに来るとホテルポンヌフでくつろげます。良い所です。

Starting from the assumption that I had read terrible reviews, my boyfriend and I chose to try it anyway given the competitive prices. Definitely 5 stars for the super central location and close to the metro and RER, excellent for those of us who intend to spend a day at Disneyland, the staff are also absolutely friendly and helpful, but the rooms are absolutely unacceptable! Dust and dirt piled up on the sides of the stairs, an incredible stench comes from the bathroom, sink dirty with toothpaste, tiny, dirty and poorly functioning shower, the toilet seat falls on you because it can't hold, dirty and dusty walls, floors that cannot be seen a broom for years probably. We slept using our sheets as I am severely asthmatic and couldn't have done otherwise. The location is not worth the crap there is

Very limited level of cleanliness, dirty curtains and dirty radiator. The sheets on the other hand were clean. And the staff was very kind and welcoming

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The experience started badly from the arrival, the staff who attended at night, terrible attention. The stairs are tiny and have a stale, dead smell. The room, disgusting. Dirty, smelly sheets, no plugs in the bed, no TV, no air conditioning and so on. The bathroom, a disaster (dirty, filthy) and the tiny shower. It says it has Wi-Fi, but in the end it is for decoration, it is used to download a WhatsApp message during the night, but nothing more. Except for the location, everything else is a disaster. Terrible experience and for what the hotel is, very expensive (100 euros a night for that dump is not worth it)
