My first impression was, "I can't stay here." Therefore, I canceled immediately after checking in without a refund. It is far from the station and the city and faces a large cemetery. Therefore, the road from the station is very dark. The room was not clean, had a peculiar smell, and the windows and air conditioning were broken. Also, the signage was unclear and the hotel seemed to recognize that the shower and toilet were shared. I think that shared showers and toilets are just like those at a campsite. It was a good learning experience.

I wanted a nice, clean one. For breakfast only yoghurt, mashed potatoes, cereals, croissants/bread and jam. For me, it’s better to take a room without breakfast, but go to a nearby cafe for breakfast. A little loud in the morning when people start walking, but earplugs will help. There was a sink in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. I was also surprised by the view from the window of the cemetery 😅 And it’s a great place to stay for a couple of nights, the metro and all stops are close, there are no problems getting there, the area is quiet, clean and calm

I came to Paris for the first time and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located close to 2 metro stations,
The Cabrio room is small, but has a bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast, as described on the website, is continental, without variety, croissants, baguette, muesli, plums. butter, jams, nutella. Drinks: milk, juice, coffee from a coffee machine and tea bags of different varieties. Delicious yogurt.
The area is calm, I walked around Paris until late and returned to the hotel closer to night, I did not observe anything alarming.

They have bedbugs and I`m alergic. I didn`t had full refund for my awfull stay in there. They ruined my travel. Also the viw is a cementery. I do not recomend this place at all.
