1. The room has air conditioning!!!!! 2. I left two bags at the hotel entrance for over three hours, and didn't even realize they were missing until the hotel staff proactively helped me find them. 3. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel's upper floors. 4. Just straight out the door, there are Western restaurants, Korean restaurants, convenience stores, and a bakery. 5. It's very close to the M12 metro line, which I've been using a lot recently to get around. 6. The room was cleaned daily and was quite tidy. Shower gel and shampoo were provided, but I didn't notice if there were slippers or toothbrushes. For a hotel abroad, the room was relatively spacious and could accommodate three people.

The room overall was pretty good, clean and tidy. The location is also quite convenient, being close to the subway, which made getting to attractions and shopping malls very easy. I didn't book a room with breakfast this time, so I'm not sure what it's like, but I hope to try it next time.

The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement, which is quite convenient, not far from the metro station, and there's a supermarket nearby. The room was relatively spacious and new. The double-glazed windows kept it very quiet. Overall, the hardware is comparable to hotels like All Seasons or Atour in China, and the room was very clean. My only dissatisfaction was that after checking in, I realized there was no mini-fridge in the room. Normally, there's nothing much in those fridges anyway, but I had medication that needed refrigeration. I had to communicate with the front desk multiple times until evening before they finally moved me to a room with a fridge. During the process, they even asked me, 'Are you sure there's no fridge in your room?', which was quite frustrating. Moreover, the hotel staff's handling of the situation wasn't very clever. The simplest solution would have been to just grab a mini-fridge from an unoccupied room – a matter of minutes. Instead, it took multiple rounds of communication, and I had to pack and move rooms. And throughout the whole ordeal, there wasn't a single apology or compensation, as if it was completely normal. Although it was a minor incident, it was quite draining.

The front desk staff were warm and helpful, but I couldn't check in early. The hotel is a bit of a distance from Metro Line M12, and it's an uphill walk. There's no fridge in the room, and bottled water isn't provided, which was different from what was stated in the room description. I didn't try the breakfast.

This hotel is incredibly smart! You can check in on your phone while relaxing in the lounge area. No need for a physical key card, your phone unlocks the door. It's super close to Zurich train station; if you get off at platform 18b, it's just a 5-minute walk. Each floor even has a coffee machine, which was a great touch. The young lady at the front desk was also very friendly and provided excellent service.

Very modern, with the Porte de Versailles right outside the window. The room was new and comfortable. It's about a 500-meter walk to the metro station, which takes around fifteen minutes. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I booked a suite and it was quite spacious, surprisingly even with a hammock which my child loved. The breakfast was good; even though it was all Western-style, it was pretty decent for an overseas hotel. Taxis were always waiting outside, which was very convenient. The front desk was also quite responsive. Overall, it's a great hotel and I'd definitely choose it again next time.

Great location, just a few hundred meters from Metro Line 12, making it super convenient to get around Paris. The place was very clean, and the service was excellent overall. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Paris, especially because the price is really reasonable.

The hotel is in a good location—although a bit farther from the main attractions, it is well connected by subway, making it easy to get around. It’s also much less crowded than the Paris city centre, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and well-maintained, but it felt a bit small for a family of four. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so the room became quite hot and uncomfortable at times. Breakfast was enjoyable with good quality options, though it would be even better with a wider selection, especially more salads. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement, particularly room comfort and breakfast variety.

The hotel was so nice we really enjoyed it, especially the rooftop where the kids enjoyed themselves so much. The view of complete Paris and the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Definitely coming back again.

Highly recommended!! The best value for money. The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement, which is a relatively safe area. It's right on the street, and coming back around 10 PM daily was absolutely no problem. All the staff speak English and are very friendly and enthusiastic. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel's upper floors or just a short walk outside. The room was spacious; we booked a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed. The facilities are new, and all drinks in the minibar are complimentary. There's a fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Breakfast costs an extra 21 euros per person, but it doesn't include fresh fruit, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Good: Clean modern room and building. 7 mins walk to nearest metro station. Yoga mat was provided which is appreciated. Quiet (one side on exhibition centre) from road and also good soundproofing from upstairs and corridors Bad: Staff seem young and inattentive upon check-in. Not 4 star hotel professional level. More casual style. Our room on 4th floor was constantly hot (over 25 degrees) whatever the aircon settings tried. Complained several times. Staff tried to mitigate but in vein. He said he will bring a pedal fan but never delivered. Opening up double windows to cool the room resulted in mosquito coming inside the room and bitten. One of the lifts 4th floor button was missing and cannot go to the 4th floor (pictured). 4th floor water cooler was out of service during all our stay. Never fixed. Gym on the top floor (8th) was extremely hot inside like sauna room and unusable in April. Generally the building maintance seems overlooked and not managed in details. Overall dissapointed and unsatisfactory for a 4 star hotel with the hotel rates paid. Poor value for money and won't recommend.
