Gare Montparnasse is just across the road of Hotel De Paris Montparnasse which is a perfect location to this train station. As the lift was not ready for usage, Luggages were brought down by hotel staff to the lobby.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the subway station, 4-5 minutes walk, and there are coffee shops and bakeries nearby.
The two stayed here for three days. There are only two disposable paper cups in the room, which are not suitable for making tea. They also do not replenish paper cups every day.
Shower room, shower water is strong, worthy of praise👍🏻
There are buses 95,39 to the Opera House and the Louvre, which is very convenient.
I feel that the Paris subway station is very unfriendly to passengers and users. For people with large luggage, it is very hard to keep going up and down the stairs to carry their luggage!

C'est un hotel sans ascenseur , très cher pour la prestation offerte mais on paie certainement la proximité de la gare Montparnasse car concernant son emplacement , il est excellent.

3 night stay over New Years weekend was good. Very close to Metro. Hot water and water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Hassan was a great front desk person. Helped out with our bags. Only downside to hotel: no elevator/lift! 4th floor stairs was a long walk up/down.

The hotel was charming, clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location! We had booked a quadruple room and it was 2 rooms with a terrace. It was excellent! Plenty of space for the family. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very kind! The hotel is situated right next to Gare Montparnasse, and you can get to Eiffel Tower in 6 stops, less than 15 mins. Gare du Nord was a 20 min away ride and very convenient (you have to walk a little further to get to the line though, so give yourself 30 min at least). It was a great stay!
