Lovely neighborhood next to le marais and a delicious brunch café. There were a store to make purchase for dinner. We took the breakfast each morning and it was delicious. Customer service is really helpfull! Great location and apartments, I will come back for sure

A fuir. Aucun service. Pas d'offre de petit déjeuner même en supplément. Pas une seule capsule de café ni un pauvre sachet de thé (j'ai payé 814,61 euros pour 3 nuits !). Mais surtout, j'ai été très déçue par le management: j'ai signalé que l'un des oreillers sentait très mauvais. Les draps étaient propres mais étant donné qu'ils n'utilisent pas de sous taies, les oreillers se salissent. Au bout de 3 messages, ils m'ont confirmé être intervenus. Nouvelle déception: ils ont simplement essayé de couvrir l'odeur en arrosant cet oreiller dégoûtant d'un spray parfumé et en changeant la taie. Ils n'ont pas ajouté de sous taie et n'ont pas changé l'oreiller. C'est un véritable manquement aux règles d'hygiène de base, même si la chambre était globalement propre. Rapport qualité prix déplorable.

The appartment was really clean and lived up to out expectations. The location of this appartment is fantastic. Only 10 min walk to the Louvre and the Opera is around the corner. Checking in was easy with the codes and it was also nice to not have to look after keys while we were exploring Paris. Only thing I’d like to add is that the stairs are very small and are difficult to walk on if you’re tall.

J ai reçu la mauvaise adresse par mail!! 30 mins dehors à expliquer la situation à minuit à un correspondant qui baragouine un français approximatif avant de comprendrr que les infos du mail de confirmation etaient erronées.

Clean and functional accommodation, located in a central area of Paris, quick and convenient check-in. the whole apartment, although not large, has all the services you need. I would go back with pleasure.

I booked a studio 2 month in advance, I received all confirmation email and also , a few days in advance, the email with all the info to access the place and so on. The DAY BEFORE the arrival they cancelled my booking saying "I was not compliant with their booking requirements". I called 4 times to understand but they could not explain except for saying "You have been rejected because you are not compliant" and then hung up the phone. I even suggested to pay immediately but they hung up on me. Result, the apartment was available againt on the internet at 2.5x rate and I had no option than finding another place last minute in the center of Paris! WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Emplacement parfait, appartement récemment rénové dans un état de propreté impeccable. Literie de qualité et décoration soignée. Aménagement bien pensé pour accueillir 2 espaces nuit en respectant l'intimité de chacun. Simple et efficace.

Petit appartement cosy en plein coeur du Marais. Tout le confort dans 15m2. Il ne manque rien et tou est hyper propre. Literie confortable. Il n'y a que le pommeau de douche qui est cassé, on est surpris à la 1ère utilisation mais rien de grave 🤣🤣 Les restaurants et le metro sont à proximité. Vous pouvez louer une place de stationnement au parking beaubourg (7min à pieds) Nous envisageons de revenir avec nos enfants à Paris, et passerons sans hésiter par WS apartments
