Apartments WS Marais - Musee Pompidou

Incessant noise from the washing machine, which not only runs continuously day and night but which BEEPS continuously with errors!! Located in the next room but locked! Supporting video!! The first night we said to ourselves that there was a problem... but the WS customer service did nothing, even though we communicated by telephone and messaging! ! And again the 2nd night! Even though they said they would take care of it! It's really lamentable... you shouldn't have a problem... otherwise deal with it! Apart from apologizing lots of times... nothing! Reimbursement of 20th of 360th!! And what's more, they cancel the reservation on booking, as if we hadn't come, after our stay!! Very strong!! And the booking customer service can't do anything!! Great stay! Thanks WS!!!

Very satisfied with this stay with my three children. Ideal location in Paris, in the heart of the Marais, and in a quiet area. Clean apartment and neat decoration. No problems with the 3 codes to access the apartment, fortunately, because obviously there was no staff on site in the event of a problem.

Very disappointing experience. The apartments are correct even if in one of them the lighting is out of order in the bedroom and the bathroom door handle is unusable. The most unacceptable thing was to find yourself in front of the bedroom door with the access code that no longer worked and the impossibility of being repaired by phone despite 3 reminders! What to finally learn that I had to room for the last night contrary to the emails received?! Responses to slow and inaccurate emails, difficult communication on the phone with sometimes inaudible interlocutor and above all absolutely not listening or able to provide you with a solution... I really had an unacceptable experience on several levels.

Apartment well and very well located but deplorable customer service in Africa. The apartment is small but clean and well decorated. He is calm. On the other hand, the interaction with the customer service relocated to the Maghreb, most likely in view of the accents, is unreliable. It is better not to have any problems with the code of the door which has a digital key (code) because by the time that the customer service 10,000 km away reacts, you can be stuck outside with your suitcases.

j'ai séjourné dans un des studios de la rue du temple. Pas accueillant, sombre, très petit, même pas une capsule de café. Atmosphère sinistre . Pas de portants pour les vêtements. Ni convivial , ni confortable. J'avais prévenu que j'arriverai à 21h. A cette heure c'est le couvre feu. j'aurai apprécié un stricte minimum pour le petit déjeuner. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. Couchage dans un canapé lit. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié. J'irais à l'hôtel la prochaine fois. le seul point positif a été la propreté.

Catastrophic telephone contact... and no response to emails... all the messages received are automatic messages... they did not understand the meaning of customer service... Too bad it could have been otherwise... ....
