good breakfast, the location is not so safe. i live there three night as solo male traveller. the neighbourhood does not feel safe.

Alright I’m so sorry but the food. I came here on a school trip and the food was so inedible I had to resort to school snack scraps. I was told the meat was chicken when it was ham. Severe safety hazard. They do not wash main pillows and as a shortish person I whacked my head on the very short bed frame. mattressis as flat as pancake very uncomfortable, would appreciate thicker mattresses.

What we liked: The staff was really helpful in going extra mile and answering any question and providing multiple options even on public transport-related questions.
What we would like see to be improved:
1. There is no light outside the main door. We reached around 11 pm ( it was pitch dark ) and could not figure out where is main door was and how to call someone to open the main door. It took some time to find out a small button system before someone opened it. This was our first time to stay in France.
2. There is no towel bar or hook in the bathroom/toilet. We had to keep dry towels and clothes outside the bathroom/toilet while taking a shower. This was not convenient when other family members were staying in the same room. We traveled as 4 member family ( husband, wife, and two teenage daughters.

Sembra tutto meno che un residence … comunque camere sporche non rifanno le camere mai , la doccia è aperta quindi si bagna tutto il bagno , la colazione è scarsa , posate sporche e bicchieri mancanti se gli chiedi qualcosa ti guardano male . Appena arrivati mancavano le lenzuola nei letti, li abbiamo dovuti fare noi

Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Paris sans trop depenser pour vous loger et si vous souhaitez vous deplacer en metro alors cet hotel est idéal. Positionner entre 2 stations à 10minutes à pied. Attention, ne vous attendez pas à du luxe, comme son nom l’indique c’est plus une résidence. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très correct.

Chambre spacieuse, et literie confortable. A 10 mn à pieds du métro et à côté de l'arrêt du tramway. Petit déjeuner en buffet très correct. Un seul regret pas de repas le soir, alors que les informations sur le site le laisse comprendre.
