房間一入住坐一下床就塌陷了半邊。讓換房間前台説給修，等來維修工修理把床罩扯得亂七八糟哦原來是兩張床拼的。我説現在五點半我需要化粧去參加舞會。前台依舊不給換房間。沖到前台發飆了，依舊説可以在這房間等待維修並化粧。她腦子很好笑：我化粧不需要全部行李打開嗎？我打開兩個行李箱打扮好再全部收起來再去換房間？我是時間多還是閑的無聊？我憑什麼用這個隨時會壞的床？半夜晚會回房再塌陷呢？我半夜再等你維修？！我堅決要換房間。終於後來給換到對門。不但沒升級，還給降了級：洗手間比我原來的房間至少小了三平。他們五個前台侍應生商量半天就這。這次算是知道利茲是什麼了……從一開始預訂需要連住兩晚就可見端倪，吃相難看至極。。希望攜程用户不必再踩坑了。另外有四季酒店對比，利茲的床褥真心不如四季舒適。

酒店很浮誇，很有名也很漂亮。但是服務完全跟不上，不知道是針對華人還是針對所有人，從入住的“大使”，到早餐的服務員和經理，都非常傲慢，感覺我們更像員工，養着他們這些客人，介紹酒店時非常潦草。晚上枕頭翻過來看到一大塊不知道是什麼的污漬，第二天和前台反應後，管理層的解決方案是“下次入住給你免費早餐”完全不承認衞生有疏忽，攜程預訂本來就包括了早餐…作為宮殿級酒店，實在太傲慢，衞生問題也不能保證，出了問題也不願意正面道個歉。真心喜歡Ritz Paris可以來吃個下午茶或者早餐就可以，可以去參考他們最近幾個月的TripAdvisor評論，感覺疫情後差評非常多，管理不善，就在吃名氣上的老本，不推薦入住。
