C’est parfait!!!
The receptionist are super nice.
The cleaning was good.
It is super near to both metro stations (Ménimontent : M2 & Rue Saint-Maur: M3), both within 2 mins of walking!
Surrounding there are supermarkets, McDonald's, KFC, Laundry, and post office for sending postcards, and lots of food!

The room was small but very clean and fresh. We had a 2 ring hob, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a kettle. The bedding was clean and fresh as were the towels. The bathroom was really small but clean and the shower was lovely and hot! It was in easy reach of the metro and eateries. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were lovely!

Très bel hôtel simple, bon accueil, chambre propre avec kitchenette et réfrigérateur. A proximité du métro et du bus 96 vers Le Marais et Saint Germain. situé dans le 11ème arrissondement et proche de la République et de la Bastille. Zeer aan te bevelen.

Petit havre de paix en plein Paris. Très calme car retiré de la rue et donc de la circulation. Coin kitchenette, café et thé à disposition. Sdd nickel. Lit un peu dur à mon goût ( mais c'est selon chacun) oreillers très confortables. Je recommande vivement !
