Nous sommes arrivés sur l'hôtel à 23h et avons eu un excellent accueil ! La nuit était parfaite, tout comme le petit-déjeuner. C'est agréable de trouver de véritables viennoiseries et pas des mini viennoiseries comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels. Nous reviendrons !

What a lovely hotel! I usually opt to be closer to Gare du Nord but took a punt on Hotel Scarlett based on price and reviews and was not disappointed. Located on the top floor the room was quiet, comfy with big windows, a super comfy bed, a great shower and a minibar. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a cool seating and breakfast area off reception. Belleville is a busy vibrant area and there's plenty of places to eat and drink nearby with the hotel conveniently situated down a side street between two metro stations, Belleville (bottom of the hill) and Pyrenees (top of the hill). It's about 20 mins travel time to Gare du Nord and also an easy stroll from the hotel to Pere-Lachaise, Atelier du Lumiere and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. Would definitely stay here again and will also look at their sister hotels Hotel Clarisse and Hotel Bridget.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la Gare d´Austerlitz et de la Gare de Lyon. Réception très acueillante, à l´écoute des passagers. Accès facilité pour les personnes à mobilité reduite, avec un personnel très attentif qui propose facilement son assistance. Chambre silencieuse, bien éclairée de lumière naturelle.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel, la décoration et la propreté de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est partagé en deux bâtiments, l'un sur rue avec ascenseur, le nôtre sur cour (donc calme mais sans vue aucune) sans ascenseur. Il faut donc être vigilant à la réservation si vous éprouvez qques difficultés à monter les escaliers. La chambre était correcte mais un peu petite si vous avez deux grosses valises. De même la salle d'eau est correcte mais un peu étroite. Le seul bémol concerne le prix du petit-déjeuner élevé en regard de ce qui est proposé. Situé à qques mn (moins de 10mn) du métro Pyrénées ou Belleville.

Great bed and amazing shower, decent breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC, but everything is good quality so a bit of wear and tear doesn't make too much of a difference. I asked for a quiet room, so was kindly placed away from the main road, but I could still hear someone snoring in the next door room! Belleville is lively and there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink nearby - and it's really easy to get into town and to the main stations.

Cet hotel parisien est trés bien avec de belles chambres et de belles prestations pour Paris. J'y vais régulièrement. Seul bémol, l'accueil des "cerbères" à la réception. Une formation à la l'accueil de la clientèle est plus que nécessaire. "attendez ici !!!" "ne bougez pas je n'ai pas fini !!" et finir par presque me jeter la carte de la chambre à la figure parce que je ne voulais pas attendre que Madame finisse son back office qu'elle peut faire une fois que je suis parti. C'est dommage car l'hotel sinon est vraiment trés bien.

Very nice hotel, the decoration is neat, it is quiet and the staff is welcoming. Small additional mention, they have REAL pastries, not the miniatures that you find everywhere. Honestly a great discovery!

A perfect hotel. The room, the warm welcome and the staff. Belleville is a nice, non-touristy neighborhood. Large choice of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. To see: the Belleville and Grande Butte parks and a tour of the boulevards. I recommend this hotel!
