Hotel la Comtesse

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They last minute canceled my hotel due to not being able to charge my card. They use a unsafe system to charge your card that is not secure which is why my Wise card kept canceling it. I called them up to say I must verify the payment, so they need to give me notice when they wish to do so. We agreed on a time between 2pm-5pm for the card to be charged but they went ahead and did it at 8am. Since I did not verify it they canceled my accommodation! The man on the phone was so rude and would not listen to anything I said, he kept telling me to call my bank which was not the issue, I even sent a formal email to explain what was happening and he ignored it. DO NOT RISK BOOKING WITH THEM - They will cancel your booking and leave you on the streets! So disgusted and have never received treatment like this in my life! This has ruined my Paris experience.

From the beginning of our 5 night stay was impeccable. The staff was professional, respectfully enjoined, intelligent, and informative. Beautiful rooms, lovely inviting colors and and friendly. The room was small, but this is Paris. The breakfast was simple and yet elegant. Located to many sights in the 7th arrondissement including Eiffel, Reu Cler, Luxembourg are walking distance. This hotel is a sample of what is Paris.

Loved everything about it

Amazing hotel with amazing staff members specially Jerome and Emilie, they were so friendly and so accommodating to whatever we needed. The hotel itself is situated about a 10 minute or less walk to the Eiffel Tower and about a minute walk to the metro which was very convenient. We had a triple room with a queen bed and a twin bed that our 18 year daughter slept in. We didn’t mind sharing as our room with our daughter as the room was big enough for us to be comfortable. We had a side Eiffel Tower view with a balcony with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. There some restaurants nearby which we didn’t frequent except one for breakfast and it was ok but the metro is close that you can go anywhere in Paris for good restaurants. All in all a great experience. We took our daughter to Paris 2 years ago for her 16th birthday and stayed at the Pullman so I was afraid that comparing it to that hotel we were going to be disappointed but we weren’t at all. I can’t wait to come back actually. Thank you La Comtesse for an incredible stay.
