Service was excellent, esp. reception Eliot and the door men. Willing to help client in many ways.
Location is 7 minutes walk from the opera house. You can also walk to the museum.
The swimming pool can only be used by people over 16 years old, the age can be lowered a little.

Every time I choose a hotel near Galeries Lafayette. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, newly renovated, a few minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. The front desk is all handsome and beautiful, and the service is in place. The room is bright, clean and comfortable, I really don't like the dim lighting in some hotels in Paris. I like their outdoor restaurant, it should be Japanese style, it's amazing. Of course the hotel price is not cheap hahaha

I was completely stunned by this hotel. The parking fee charged me more than 200 euros, which may be the most expensive parking fee in my life. My car was valet parking, the car was scratched by the valet parking person, I didn't find it at the time, and he didn't tell me. Tiny rooms… Well we are in Paris. Booking a 1-hour massage. I was confirmed by phone at 12:30 p.m. I arrive at 12:25 p.m. Friendly welcome. Totally insignificant, soft, slow massage... I return to my room after 45 minutes. A little expensive for 45 minutes when you have a rate for an hour. I'm asking... yes yes we'll take care of it, I'll come back to you... nothing! Check out the next morning: we can't do anything sir, your reservation was at 12:15 p.m. Incredible contempt for customers and non-professionalism... rubbish! I do not recommend this type of establishment which takes advantage of passing tourists. I am often in Paris and I will be careful not to set foot there again.

This is my 3rd stay in the hotel. And the 1st time when I decided to have breakfast in the hotel. This was a pure disappointment. 1. Price. 36 euros or a la carte. The 36 euros breakfast looked too strange: lots of pastry and sweet staff. So we decided to order from the menu. 2. we were offered orange juice, we agreed. Later we figured out that for 2 glasses we paid 16 euros... 16. for 2 glasses :( The coffee machine in the room was broken :( But apart from that, the staff is great and friendly. It was great to see familiar faces :)
