The large area was impressive in a good location, and the subway station was right next to it, so it was easy to move to the destination. The modern design of the lobby on the 1st floor was impressive.

Un petit hotel super sympa avec des chambres familiales grandes et bien agencées. Petit dej simple mais frais Le personnel de l’hôtel adorable. Seul bémol l’insonorisation, assez récurent à Paris malheureusement:-)

The Staf is nice and polite, but the hotel is not a 4* and needs work.
The bathroom is tiered, toilet bowl loose, used toiletries not replaced, no sleepers or robes, the floor creeks. Light switch also does not work, shower head half blocked by line scale.
Mattresses need replacing or a topper.
No way to adjust temperature - there was a control in my room, but that did not work.
Breakfast was disappointing, no fresh fruit,

We are guests since 1981. Have seen all the upgrades that were made. However we think that a few new upgrades are necessary; eg the bathroom is a bit dated. And in a very small bathroom a bath is not a must. A good shower cabine is enough. Furthermore we would appreciate some more attention of the staff at breakfast. Take care that what you serve is constantly available for the guests. Off course you can ask for some extra ham
