A very poor hotel with very poor soundproofing and no soundproofing at all, making it impossible to rest at all. The heating facility is not very good, it's very cold, and the hotel's service attitude is average. Not recommended to order.

Very clean room, super comfortable bed. the room is very small without natural light a very small opening on a ventilation duct. very noisy room noise from the metro from the stairwell and reception, at night it's quiet.....so really just for sleeping and taking a shower

De passage à Paris pour le salon de l'agriculture, nous avons réservé une chambre à l'hôtel La Perle Montparnasse. Cet établissement, situé à proximité de la gare, pratique des prix raisonnables. Les chambres sont petites mais propres. Ici pas d'ascenseur malgré les 4 étages. Le petit dejeuner, en option, est bon est copieux malgré l'étroitesse de la salle. Bref, un établissement pour court séjour à moindre frais. Pour notre part, le plus c'est l'accueil, l'amabilité, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des différents réceptionnistes qui se relaient 24h/24h. A éviter pour les amateurs de luxe. J'y reviendrai pour un court séjour sur la capitale.

Alright. The room facing the street is silent, no noise.
Just one downside: no elevator.
I will return there because the value for money is very good. A stone's throw from Montparnasse station which still avoids a taxi.
