The hotel is currently facing challenges with bed bug infestations, and there appears to be a lack of adequate response from the staff. Upon my arrival, I encountered bed bugs in my room, prompting me to request an immediate checkout and compensation. Unfortunately, my request was not accommodated..

Great location close to Montmartre, which we loved. Also very close to the metro, which can take you to the city center in around 15 minutes.
Friendly staff and no complaints about cleanliness.

Fabulous little hotel. Receptionist ‘Lisa’ was most helpful and went over and above, a wonderful asset to this hotel. Breakfast was 15€ and worth every cent, continental and tasty. Hotel on the whole was immaculate. 2 mins from metro, lovely little bakeries, fast food, shops, supermarkets and restaurants right on doorstep. Ideal for a short break away.

Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la chambre, le service. Si je dois noter un petit bémol ce serait l'étroitesse de la douche. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste (dont je ne connais pas le prénom) qui était chaleureuse, serviable et souriante. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Clean rooms and comfy bed and pillows. Guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Lift not big enough for family. Pram does not fit in the lift so had to fold it every time which is annoying if your baby is asleep and you’ve to disturb them after a long day. Dodgy looking characters outside the hotel and ******* in and out of the lift also as one receptionist was on their phone to a friend and wasn’t paying attention. Cot had no mattress. Maid kindly put down sheets without being asked. Heating would only turn on sometimes. No English language channels on TV. Location is great right beside Lidl, Intermarche, McDonalds, KFC, and Metro. Receptionist on 2nd day was really rude. As soon as we got downstairs she quizzed us quite aggressively about having our child on our booking. Then when she realised that she was on our booking she was as nice as pie, very fake and clearly wanted to get more money out of us.

The hotel was adequate for our 3 night stay family stay. Whilst the room was small, it was spotless. Metro station 2 mins walk away, supermarkets too. Although in a deprived looking area, with lots of males hanging around at night. Wonderful view of Sacre Cour from our window. Staff helpful. The breakfast room was being decorated so we had to order it to be delivered to our room. Consisted of usual continental items. Not sure I'd stay here again.....

A nice and clean hotel in Paris, the room was funcional and nice, the only sad stuff are the surroundings, which are typical of the north of Paris. The staff was helpful, and I enjoyed the full stay in that hotel.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans votre hôtel, nous étions placé côté cours ce qui était parfait par rapport à la rue qui n'est pas de toute tranquillité. Le soir lorsque nous rentrions il y avait un hôtesse qui discutait souvent, ou était posé sur le scooter dans lac rue, ça ne fait pas trés sérieux mais il était très agréable. En ce qui concerne la chambre tout était très propre mis à part une lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas et la porte de douche qui ne fermait pas donc il y avait de l'eau qui s'en échappait.
La localisation n'est pas terrible au vu du quartier mais tout s'est bien passé et les stations de métro sont vraiment pas loin.
