WS Hôtel de Ville - le Marais

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette appartement WS extrêmement bien situé. Nous étions vraiment au centre de PAris. Les équipements étaient vraiment très bien et suffisant pour se faire à manger. Je reviendrai à coup sûr pour les vacances d'été

The location is incredible, about four hundred five hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral and less than a kilometer from the Louvre. The neighborhood is Le Marais, interesting and full of clubs. For the rest, the structure is of a more than acceptable standard. Definitely recommended.

Bathroom bedding, black marks on all the sheets and in the 2 bedrooms. Curtain torn off. Elevator broken (6th floor without elevator)... in short apartments which were designed to be a very profitable business. But there is no maintenance. The boss didn't respond.

My opinion concerns the Louvre-Montorgueil apartment by WS: The price is really interesting on paper for 6 people in the center of Paris. On the other hand, I was charged 15 euros more than on the confirmation! And as if by chance, my emails are no longer answered: it's simply THEFT!!! We were 2 adults and 3 children. Otherwise, it's in a good location. Clean apartment. Sheets provided as well as bath towels. Easily accessible with access codes, free of our schedules. I did not know this system and it is practical! On the other hand, a big negative point when you want to sleep: sleepless night: - first room: you can feel / hear the vibrations of the metro and the noise of the fridge - second room: you can hear a small dog barking until 2 a.m. and a singer of hoist up Santiano until no time! - third room: on the street, you can hear the normal traffic in Paris but the most annoying thing is the conversations of people in the street whose words you can hear distinctly!

On the phone on the WS platform I was told that the deposit would not be taken from my bank account, but it was taken. I am disappointed with this kind of practice, hoping that it will be returned to me quickly. This kind of practice will not insist me to make another reservation on your site. Cordially

Excellent communication both before and during the stay, with people available, welcoming and attentive. Apartment very well located, without nighttime noise pollution. Quiet street. A little disappointed by the slightly dated apartment and an uncomfortable mattress on the sofa. Hearty breakfast!!
