This is a simple small hotel with small rooms. All the rooms face the courtyard, which means that the noise of the guests at night cannot be controlled. It is more than 800 meters away from the Italian Square, where the tour group gathers. It is remote and has no shops or restaurants. When I stayed there, there were only two guests and it was quiet. The hotel's Western breakfast cost 13 euros, but I didn't try it.

Access from the station and bus stop was good, and it felt like a town where locals live, and the security was good. The room is large enough to accommodate two large suitcases.
The hotel staff was very kind and it was a memorable stay. If there is person troubled with hotel of Paris, we can recommend.

I love le Vert Galant! I have been staying there since 1998 when I read a review that said one would be as cozy as Floppsie and Moppsie. They were right!

Clean rooms. Small but charming. Across from park. Close to two metro stops. Great breakfast but cost of breakfast and taxes not included in Orbitz price. Friendly front desk English speaking people. Have stayed there several times

Remarkable establishment. We particularly appreciated the comfort of the room on the ground floor, large, which deserves to be underlined, recently renovated, overlooking the small garden with, as an option, the possibility of using the kitchenette (NB: option not retained ) . Top heating, very appreciated during our stay when the temperatures were around zero! Also very practical, the proximity of the Etchegorry restaurant, where we were able to dine twice (see separate review)

The pictures of the hotel were not accurate. The garden was not at all like it appeared in the photos. The mirror in the bedroom was broken and our fridge did not work. Even though we told them, it was not fixed in the 4 days we were there. They did let us use their fridge but there was limited space. The staff, however, was very nice, helping us get directions to places and figuring out the metro. The hotel was a little inconvenient in little street away from restaurants and stores. It was quiet though and the metro was a 5-10 minute walk.
