I am very satisfied with the health and service, but the room is a bit small, but considering the location and price, overall I am very satisfied. In addition, because we stayed during the Christmas holiday period, the hotel thoughtfully prepared ceremonial cards for us.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were amazing. The hotel is so clean . The room is very clean. The only issues I had where that the rooms were not soundproof at all - therefore I could hear everything the other 2-3 rooms where doing around me - even when they were having 'fun'. The other issue was the air-conditioning. I put it on 23 degrees as outside was minus 4 degrees. But it emits heat for like 1 minute every 15 minutes. Other then that the stay was pleasant and very central

Bien placé mais bruyant. Impossible de changer de chambre pour 2 nuits. Rien dormi, des anglaises riaient à côté et déchargement côté rue. Pt dej ok. Pas surveillé. Chambre minuscule. Pas agréable malgré un emplacement sympa, c est dommage. Insonorisation très limite.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war eine Mischung aus positiven und negativen Erfahrungen. Das Zimmer war leider ziemlich klein und die Dusche undicht. Im Badezimmer fehlten grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Glas für die Zahnbürste. Aufgrund der geringen Grösse des Badezimmers konnte man das Badetuch nicht aufhängen. Außerdem war es sehr ringhörig, man konnte den Lift klingeln und die Gäste durch die Gänge laufen hören. Das hat die Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt. Der Schrank war sehr klein. Es war nur auf dem Bett möglich den Koffer zu öffnen.
Das Personal war leider nicht immer freundlich. Der Lift war ebenfalls klein und es gab kaum Platz für das Gepäck. Es gab auch einen Vorfall mit dem Feueralarm, für den wir keine Entschuldigung erhalten haben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank währe hilfreich gewesen.
Auf der positiven Seite war die Lage des Hotels gut und das Bett war gross und bequem. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
