Hotel was much smaller than advertised, had to scale 3 floors of stairs with my luggage due to a very small lift, hallways were always dark with hard to find light switches, furniture was in much worse condition than advertised, bathroom much smaller than advertised, had no access to the safe to store my valuables and when attempted to contact reception got no response, the management guide stated 'No valuables to be left in the hotel room' and with no access to safe and the horrible introduction we attempted to find another hotel room for the night but was unsuccessful, overall disappointed with this introduction to Paris, would not have even paid £50 a night let alone £170 definitely disappointed

Very well located next to Praça da Republique. Not far from the Saint Martin canal. Excellent value for money. Modest rooms for the cost, but with good bedding, daily cleaning and a decent breakfast. Second time I stayed at the hotel. Bathroom very small, but ok.

The hotel is well located right next to Place de la République. The staff is rather friendly and available. Big weak point on the cleanliness of the linen and carpet. Decent breakfast despite the sometimes very dirty dishes.
