For the price, the place is decent, though a bit small. It was missing a few amenities (slippers, comb, more soap, etc.). The reception staff were very kind, and the location is good for catching the metro and bus.

They charged me the city tax for 2 people when it was just me, 1
So i asked them to make a refund and they told me they would do it on the day of my check out
And on the day of my check out they told me their boss was not in town or something, and gave me their business card telling me to write them an email
So i did TWICE and still havent got any feedback from them
It’s been over a week since..
So frustrating

The elevator goes up half a floor, so it is inconvenient for travelers. It is inconvenient to move luggage. The room is small and it is not suitable for two people to put luggage.

This was our first time here and we were excited, the front desk was great and the room was great except for the refrigerator. It's also delicious with Caesar dressing, and the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere.
We will be back, the location is convenient and protected from the wind and weather! Everything is perfect, I can really recommend this hotel

The place is very well located, the room is nice and very clean. I only lowered the star because I couldn't use the TV and the WiFi only works in the entrance. Everything else is great, the staff are very friendly!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. The room was very cozy and clean. The room was small, but comfortable for two. The only thing was that there was no kettle in the room, but you could always go down to the reception for water. Both in April and now, very good and polite employees work there, always ready to help with any question. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the metro. The center is also about 20 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes near the hotel. I recommend the hotel.
