房間很細，但是地理位置算是比較好，去很多旅遊景點都是步行15分鐘左右，而且樓下reception很好，有影印服務，但是這個價錢太貴了

The hotel was conveniently located close to many museums and other places of interest. In addition to being very walkable, the metro station was very close by. The breakfast options were very good as well. The staff was exceptional, especially Patricia who offered a lot of information related to navigating the area. Everyone was very personable and professional. We definitely would stay there again.

Stayed here for a week. We had 2 rooms, one for our 2 adult daughters and one for my wife and I . The rooms are a little small , but we picked the smaller less expensive rooms. Most rooms in Europe are small , but they were fine. I travel a lot and I’ve never been to a place that has such a GREAT customer service mentality than this place . It is impressive how they treat you. The front desk and the entire staff are helpful, informative and aim to please. They have a nice living room area where you can sit and hangout. We were offered coffee, waters etc. This was free , no nickel and dime-ing like other places. The rooms were cleaned early and nicely done. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Book your stay , you won’t be sorry. Special shout out to Patricia the front desk person and staff member Anna. The other staff members were great also.

This is an overdue review of a wonderful stay my wife and I (and another couple) enjoyed 2 weeks before Christmas. We were there for 9 nights and enjoyed everything about the hotel. What stood out the most was the excellent service Patricia and her staff provided. No request was denied, she anticipated our needs, and made the entire visit amazing. Anna in the breakfast room was equally terrific and even offered to help with a minor laundry issue. The hotel's location of the Left Bank was ideal. Even though it was December, we were able to walk to most museums with ease. Located on a quiet street, we were far from the bustle of the larger hotels on the right bank, but close to restaurants. We have stayed at other Paris hotels, but his is our new "favorite". We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

O staff é excelente, principalmente o Pedro e a Patrícia. Mas todos são muito atenciosos.
Roupa de cama de ótima qualidade, cama confortável.
Localização nota 10. Mas o quarto superior é tão pequeno que não tem como abrir a mala, exceto se colocar sobre a cama. Nunca fique no quarto clássico que é com final 02. Este não dá nem para abrir mala de mão.
Café da manhã é simples mas de boa qualidade.

Hotel in posizione eccellente in una delle zone più belle di Parigi. Ho trovato la camera molto piccola. Sopratutto il bagno che comunque aveva la vasca. Enorme tv di fronte al letto molto comodo. Lo consiglierei per la posizione. In italia sarebbe qualificato 3 stelle.
