no elevator, tiny room, no slipper, no toothpaste and brush, terrible wi-fi overall unpleasant experience but i guess this is what this price can offer, will never sign up again

Cet hôtel est décevant ! Nous avons voulu y aller car nous devions passer la soirée dans Paris. Comme nous habitons loin nous n'aurions pas pu rentrer chez nous. Nous avons donc réservé dans cet hôtel une chambre double et nous avons eu une chambre single ! Pas normal.

Hôtel un peu limite. 5 étages sans ascenseur. Petit déjeuner minable pour le tarif, pas de choix, pas de buffet, pas de salé, ... Niveau espace dans la chambre il est très limité surtout dans la salle de bain. Impossible d'ouvrir les 2 battants de la douche avec le lavabo. Et le tout avec les toilettes au milieu. Il ne faut pas être épais pour passer et se laver. Niveau hygiène correct. Rien à disposition sur place. Ni frigo, ni bouilloire dans les chambres.Ni machine à café, ni distributeur, ....dans le hall de l'hôtel. Si vous êtes seule et que vous seulement une boisson ou un café vous devez sortir de l'hôtel.

Mas o hotel precisa de renovação e melhorar a acústica pois é muito barulhento. Os cobertores velhos e manchados, além do espelho do banheiro oxidado.

Our family room was on the 6th floor with NO LIFT, friendly staff allowed the baby buggy to be left at reception. Family rooms have No Cots available. Location is good, 5 min walk to Metro, Lidl and other food shops nearby, also reasonable priced cafes and bars nearby. Room was clean and decent price, stair case a bit tired and lots of steps. Would stop here again if no small children.

nous avons trouvé l'hôtel relativement calme, chambre et sanitaires propres.
pas testé le petit déjeuner (uniquement sur réservation)
il ne manque que la climatisation ou simplement un ventilateur.

Accueil correct, pas d'ascenseur ... avec des bagages c'est un peu pénible. La chambre est ok et la salle de bain refaite à neuf ... mais très forte odeur d'égoût dans la sdb et la chambre. Je demande à changer mais on m'indique que l'hôtel est complet. Le problème est probablement causé par un défaut d'étanchéité au niveau de l'évacuation des toilettes, j'espère que cela sera traité rapidement. J'ai dû dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte sur la rue ...

Stanza piccola e sporca, presenza di peli sul copriletto e a fianco del comodino, l'armadio peraltro rotto, abbiamo visto anche un topolino che attraversava indisturbato la stanza, a quel punto abbiamo avvisato la persona presente alla reception che fingeva di non capire. Quindi ce ne siamo andati a gambe elevate, e abbiamo cambiato hotel.
