Wonderful quality for the price, close to metro stations, convenience stores…

The location of this hotel is very convenient But the hotel elevator is very thin Maybe only 3 people can stand And the lights in the corridor are sensor-type So it's usually very dark Maybe it’s in response to environmental protection

An impeccably refined hotel in a safe area close to the metro The room’s exterior windows are paired with novel bathroom fixtures Delicious croissant and most importantly, the lady at the front desk was very nice And a Korean hotel staff enthusiastically explained breakfast to me in Chinese.

Lightning protection, the room cleaner stole the newly bought makeup remover for me.

Environmental services are great

We stayed from 21st to 23rd July 2024. We loved the hotel! Amazing customer service from all of the friendly staff. I cannot fault the staff at Kraft one bit. Service with a smile and go the extra mile. The breakfast was also really good. Looking forward to staying here in the future. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Overall I was impressed - good area, clean rooms and okay breakfast. Would recommend for sight seeing and general pottering around Paris ! Reason I couldn’t give it 5 starts - poor view from room and slightly condescending staff (especially when asking for directions!)

UNSAFE!!! Please do not stay at this hotel. I experienced someone bringing a drink to my room who I believed worked for the hotel. I did not drink it but I was woken up to the same person trying to open my hotel room door which was locked assuming I was asleep. Please do not stay here. The hotel did not help at all. Stay somewhere else for your own safety.

The hotel seems nice from the outside, but the service is not good. The lady in charge at the reception argued with me as my room has not been cleaned for two days. Finally the room was cleaned only to discover that there were “punaises de lit”, bed bugs in the sheets. Avoid this place

Thank you so much. Perfect and new hotel, friendly staff and excellent and varied breakfast for a work stay, the rooms are small but very comfortable and pleasant. Especially near Montparnasse, I recommend for people who have to go to Paris

I had a very pleasant stay at Kraft Hotel. The breakfast as well as the restaurant was very good. The value for money was great. We were in Rolland Garos, which was very good because not so far by transport. We were also able to easily walk around Paris.

The Kraft Hotel was a great hotel. A stone's throw from the exhibition center, its location is ideal for going to a trade fair or exhibition. Being in the 15th also allows easy access to the rest of the city for sightseeing. The staff is super accessible. The restaurant is super quality with a short but seasonal menu.

Very friendly, great staff, perfect rooms. Good location for the exhibition center. Also allows you to quickly reach the center of Paris. The breakfast is complete and quality. Very good value for money

Very nice hotel, very clean and the service is right on par with the reputation. Breakfast a bit light but it gets the job done before wandering around Paris. Well located between cafe and restaurant in the 15th
