El hotel está bien localizado, con varias paradas de metro cercanas, en un barrio seguro y con supermercados y bares. Es cierto que las instalaciones están anticuadas pero nos comentaron que iban a renovarlo. Muy contentas con el personal, ya que tuvimos un problema con la reserva por parte de Trip y en todo momento se preocuparon por ayudarnos a solucionarlo.

The pros: location is handy for exploring and in a nice area. The breakfast was fine and reception/breakfast room modern.
The cons: it looks like the room hasn't been decorated in a long time. Dark lighting, curtains didn't shut properly, wallpaper peeling off and quite concerning cracks and bulges in the ceiling. I asked for an additional pillow for health reasons (only one given per person) and was told I had to wait until the next day. When one was provided, the cleaning staff then removed it the next day and I had to request again. We were on the second floor but the noise insulation wasn't great and noise from the road kept us up quite a lot,so maybe bring earplugs!

El hotel en general es muy antiguo, la habitación en nuestro caso con cama matrimonial + 1 sofá cama era muy antigua, estaba sucia y tanto la habitación como el baño necesitan una remodelación urgente. La cama matrimonial y el sofá cama eran muy incomodos para dormir. Lo único que recato de este hotel es la ubicación al metro a tan solo 100 mts. de distancia que conecta con toda la ciudad y el desayuno que aunque poco variado estas muy bien para arrancar el día.

Hôtel bien situé dans Paris surtout près des salles de spectacles mais dans un état qui mérite un réel rafraichissement. Eclairage de la chambre insuffisant. Indigne d'un 3 étoiles.

My room and the hotelnwad out of date. I asked for a quiet room and i couldnhear the lift and the neighbour from it but i still think that's the best they could do. The towels were clearly overwashed and overused and how dated the property was meant that it looked dirty. The staff were friendly enough andbthe location was good.
